Another week of frustration. Got a white Boro in the cart, was already logged in, had my CC # ready to be pasted, even had another item in the cart (that I didn't really want) just so shipping was already in place. Hit "pay now" and got rejected again for no available inventory on the Boro. What do you have to do, install a T1 internet connection to get a tank?

I find refreshing the page about every 15 seconds works really well, and if you use Google Chrome use the auto fill and it makes checking out a lot easier.

I use Chrome and actually have page monitor installed and open tabs for Black Boro, White Boro and the Accessories page. Refresh rate on page monitor is 5 seconds. Saw the Care kit and Brass rings as the first items to come up so I just sat on the Accessories page after that and refreshed repeatedly until I saw the white Boro. I'm in AZ so BB's server is actually closer to me than you. This is ridiculous.

Good morning, everyone.

Urby, sorry to hear about your misfortune. Keep at it, you'll get one.

I was luckier. Nothing for myself but I did grab a black boro and box for a couple of friends. Hope everyone else had as good of luck.

Thanks andy! Any other tips for what to do? I really can't do it any faster from my end.

Again, anybody have an extra Boro they want to get rid of PM me. It's really a PITA to get a Siluro into a tank without dislodging the wicks. You need to re fluff the cotton in the holes after inserting or it leaks. Or I have to pull the bottom o ring, insert carefully, and reinstall the ring. And it seems no matter how careful you are you do a little damage to the o ring every time you do it (I use a tiny dental pick). Maybe I should just break down and order a 50 pack of o rings on Ebay and call it a day
lol.

Just curious, how many varieties of the actual Billet Boxes were offered? I had a monitor for that page as well and never saw any alerts. Do I have an ISP problem I wonder? Anybody in Phoenix with Cox score anything? Really weird. Got a quad core puter and my pages come up as soon as I press a key, so I don't think my internet lags.

Well use a pair of nail clippers to get really close with the wicks, then poke them in there just a little. Make sure that you kinda twist and push slow.

I actually use the same clippers Boyd uses in the video and the same pinch/ twist motion when pulling the cotton through. Never tried poking them back in a tad though. Kind of though they had to be perfectly flush to seal the hole as they don't have the over hanging sleeve like a Diver. I suppose though that if you cut them close, poke them in a tad, then apply your juice primer that the cotton will swell a little to seal it to the inside of the tube.

Does your Siluro leak at all when you do it your way? When I get mine in from the bottom like I described with the o ring removal, it is completely leak/ gurgle free the life of the cotton.

Given how fast it was - If I remember correctly there were not that many "BB" that came available today and were gone just as fast as they showed up . . . 3-4 "BB's" came up fast and furious and then there were a couple that showed up a second or 2 later . . . I think 4 or 5 total possibly 6 . . . And out of them I know I saw the "Blue Oyster Box", "Rat Black", & of course the last one was the "TMNBB" - then possibly the "Lila Monster" and one other one or two . . . Really can't remember them all - sorry, I'm an Old Man who uses reading glasses too . . .

As for how to get anything from the website - I couldn't tell ya really . . . I was extremely lucky enough to have had "DD" be so very generous to supply "Me" with everything I NEEDED when I WON the "Pillarz Battle" a while back . . . AND - I Can't Tell "You" how happy I am that "DD" did what he did for "Me", especially seeing how difficult it is to get "Stuff" . . . Just Sayin' . . .

(BTW: I'm still searching for the correct size batteries at a reasonable price, myself - Don't want to "Squeeze" the wrong ones into "MY" Beautifully Crafted "BB" . . . ;) )

Thanks Uncle. I think Doc has got me covered on a Boro (he just PM'd). Thank You so much Doc:)!

As for DD, he's very cool! I got lucky enough to get my first BB 2.1 "off the grid" through him! Wish the Siluro or Bridge were available back then or I never would have parted with it. Sold it to a member here for cost who was very happy to receive it (he lost his original). Got my LN Piebald RPG, Bridge, extra tank and clear Jwrap for $175 from another member recently so I've been lucky as well, just never on the BB site lol.

As for batteries. I've been using the MXJO 700mah that I got on Ebay. Here's the item number 291316275408 . 6 for $26 shipped and they seem to be performing fine. Get a day plus @ 4.5V on 1.8 - 2 ohm build. Fit perfectly.

First, my dear Katty-one, I simply adore this current avatar~! And, so true, normal is but a state of mind, and since I don't have one of those, whelp, guess I am SOL for 'normal'~! But I *can* pretend, right??!

Cray-Cray, eh (eh)? Oh Peter underscore..... let's just go out on the town tonite and sing to everyone in site, yeah? We'll make DPL so proud to know us. ;)

And you can be Christina. I'll figure out how to do Tony.

(wait. that's wrong)

And the crowds will be like all

(yes, I just Val'd ya)

Can we get a real 5XL, or 6XL shirt please - I may be shrinking, but too slowly to ever fit into an XL or so?? I promise to buy, pay a fat-person surcharge, pre-pay, or whatever~!

All out of shirts, dahlink. But we've got wristbands.....................................

Ratblack (LAST one!!!!).

I mean it.

Uh huh.

It was "My" Pleasure . . .

Thanks, Unc!

And the recommended batts are available at RTD Vapor right now, if you're interested.

NO - I need to say
double-thumbs-up-thanks-smiley-emoticon.gif
to both of you for the links . . .

AND - That looks like a "Great Price" at "e-Bay" for those batteries 6 @ $26, especially compared to the $40+ for 6 at RTD Vapor . . . However, they are a NO GO for "Me" since I refuse to use "PayPoop" . . . NOT GOOD ! ! !

Now - If I can find a coupon or code to lower the price a little at RTD Vapor - I'm all set to make a purchase of the recommended batteries . . .

Uncs, RTD vapor has always had the discount code of "ECF5" just for us. :) I'm pretty sure it still works!

YEA - However, I thought I saw someone post a 20% off code somewhere here . . . Not Sure . . .

Really would like to save a little, especially on shipping cost since I would like to purchase 6 batteries . . . Just Sayin' . . . ;)
