I guess that was the purpose of the Flipper model. Just didn't think it'd be that outrageous. That's some serious dough for a BB. Still wish I had the chance at one.
Flipper has sold 3 more in the past 2 days and charging $25 for standard shipping. In reality he is paying 4 bucks to ship. Where is dude getting all these??
It he is getting them from atmistique then I can see why they go so quick from there. Because it has a paypal option It is actually a much faster checkout. I bought a Boro tank there so I can speak from experience. The price is more expensive but shipping is much cheaper so for us with our current exchange rate it's not bad an option and it is in a reasonable timezone.
There are also alert emails that you can subscribe to that tell you when they are going up, although most of us that deal with atmistique (on other things as well) know when they get them so can be prepared.
I have an idea he's selling clones. I mean nobody from ECF would be naive enough to pay what he's asking for them so they are probably people that wouldn't know a clone from the real thing. He sells almost as many as DD.

I disagree. The clones for the two he has (blue & green) are different colours so unless he ships clones but has the pics of the real ones then they are real.
I'm in it for the money, but don't have anything to flip - so how bout each of you sending me $10 bucks and I'll think good thoughts about each of you? Here, allow me to fix the decimal point; $0.01 or $1000.00 you get to pick even~!
His profit margin sucks....only an idiot pays 25 bucks for standard shipping in the US.

As I mentioned before - IMO - I think DD should consider possibly starting to allow for people to pre-order the BB they want which might cut down on the supply and demand . . . 
OR - Maybe even better yet, besides putting the date a version number - putting a "Serial Number" on each New BB to track which BB he is making that are being "Flip" and by whom . . .
Also - With a Serial Number - That would also allow for the possible loss of any warranty when and if the BB were to resold too . . .

Haven't been on here in a while but I was scanning fleabay this morning and almost fell out of my chair! $3500? Think you'd be better off investing in gold.
