They installed it yesterday and it heats overnight (off peak electricity) so this morning everything was piping hot. Yeh

yay!! Yucky ya had to go through all that, but a hot shower goes a long way to making everything right!

Now truck is fixed and I'm home.

Sorry you had to go through that too. Did ya take a hot shower when ya got home?? Maybe this one called for cheesecake or chocolate!!

Ok, went to put this as my avatar, and ECF recommends that you use a photo at least 200 x 200 pixels, but my pillar says it's 176 x 176 pixels. Would that be ok ya reckin, or should I get someone to change it for me that knows how to do that?

My hot water heater finally after many years of valliant service, gave up the ghost. Because in the wonderful age of environmentalism our government has mandated the use of green energy we are being forced to buy a type of water heater that meant significant renovations to our plumbing. We had an emergency little heater in place that was luke warm at best until we could get the new one installed. After much begging and crying about little old people should not be forced into installing heating systems that the house wasn't built for we got approval to replace with a like heater but 2/3 the size.
