I have wanted a flipper for about a year and a half, the last time he made them he made 26 of them I think, and were priced at $750.00, I had one in my cart and they sold out in 7 seconds.
That being said, I love the polished brass, but I also would like one that has not been polished, I have another brands brass mods in polished and tumbled brass, and the tumbled goes with me every day, along with my bb's of course. I guess my point is for me, it would not have to have all that hard work of polishing, for me to be happy with it. You know maybe give it a different name, one that does not honor the mod flippers out there.

I am really enjoying this, and won't have to worry bout leaking when I go out and about. I gots lots to learn though.
I did send my GD under the couch last today to get retrieve the dropped end cap of the bridge, but no luck. There is a flattened cardboard box under there so it may have bounced up onto that and rolled all the way back. One day when son and dil are able, we can move the couch and probably find it.
this is so amazingly special as it is......but y'all have made this even more special!!!

Jup we missed ya terribly, cried in our sleep and all that! hehehe Assuming your daughter is in JROTC, which branch? That's way kewl! My son was in Army JROTC, then served for 8 years. In JROTC he made it to the next to top spot, and should have made the top spot, but Senior Army Instructor was so concerned that folks would say he was discriminating against the girls, he found any means to justify giving them spots that some of the guys had earned more. Oh well. At any rate, he loved it and with being in that for 4 years, he ended up getting a full 4 year ROTC scholarship which we had to give up due to some medical issues that the review board didn't clear him as "healthy" in time, and they wouldn't defer it. And he came out of basic as an E3 instead of an E1.
thanks darlin!! I think I saw both of those. That first one now I can see that he did insert it a bit into the tank, just didn't notice that the first time I watched it. Figgered that was DD in the second one, nice to know it is. So great to put at least a voice to the avi. (which is why the hangouts are so wonderful) hint hint hehehe

If you're talking about the bridge I put the whole carto together and push it in from the bottom with a pen in the top of the carto to guide it through. Just gotta keep pressure on both halves so they don't come apart. After I broke the glass on my boro I put one in my delrin tankthanks y'all!!! Thanks kat for getting it less blurry. This copper is so gorgeous! Really wish you could see it in person J5 but glad you like it in the pic.

Ok, I've watched two vids about this here billet bridge.....and they say to put the part with the coil in the bottom, then put the other part through the top with the sorta flat end in the tank so you look down into the funnely end, and put the DT on. Ok, top part, no issues, I could sorta twist and get it in there. Bottom part.....ok, so there is the coil, that goes in fine....... then it gets wider with the ring that the coil screws into. Uhmmm....is that posed to go kinda into the tank or not so much. Cuz....it won't.....and if it don't..... then it sits all wonky and falls out if I pick it up after I smoosh it together with the top part.
should anyone wanna come in the hangout and help splain it to me in real words, I'm in here, if not I'll keep checkin the thread

Hey Deb. I don't know if this will help, but here's how I do mine.
1. Push entire Bridge out, using the Battler, from top to bottom.
2. Change the coil, then push the top piece of the Bridge back into the top of the tank. The top piece has much more leverage than the bottom, and is very unlikely to end up pushed all the way in. I've only done that once, in fact, and it was intentionally (to test something).
So, top in first.
3. Insert the bottom piece. With the top already in place, you won't push it into the tank (keep a bit of pressure on the top side while inserting the bottom).
If you're not using a Boro, it really doesn't matter if it's lined up perfectly. I have NO IDEA how mine are lined up, and never even noticed that they're not perfect until I tried the (stupid & breakable) Boro.
It should end up looking something along the lines of the next two pics (top & bottom views).
If it doesn't fit into the tank, maneuver them slightly, up and down, then try again. You'll get it in with very little effort, very soon.
Like I said, I can get it done in under a minute ("Best thirty seconds of her life!").
I must be off and running again (sorry). It's been a bit of a crazy day.

derrrrrrrrr that kinda makes sense. I wuz havin a bad brain night that night, so that didn't help. But I finally got it in there after I figgered out every possible way NOT to do it! hehehe Very glad Kat and Krisma were up and online! oh that's a good idea. yeah I'm using the delrin tank too for now. I did that one first since it was sturdier. Tried to set up the boro tank, and my fumbly fingers dropped the small piece of the bridge with the coil in it, and it rolled under the couch. We'll have to move the couch when my son and dil have time to find it.

I'd P-Touch the cat and dog if they sat still long enough.
Three tanks, three different juices, two BB's - both with hybrid tips. I carry two in one hand and can swap-out my vape in a nanosecond.

Hey @Debadoo now that your have had your BB for a while what do you think about it, compared to your other devises. I have REO's, Billet box's, and Provari's, and I like them in that order, as far as flavor and vapor, what are your impression's?
