Thank you - I did come up with one downside to owning the Billet Box ... I need to stockpile some 16340 batteries :D.

Do we know if the AW Protected 16340s that RTD currently has in stock are the newer ones that will fit?

I'm not sure yet.. I need to replace some old ones too.

Uncle, glad you had a wonderful day! And everyone else too! I've been to a movie theater one time on Christmas day, it was packed!!! Will never do that again!

Hope that you all have a wonderful Christmas with your families and friends. It has been a rough past couple of years for us with not being able to work and waiting on disability to be approved. Each year gets smaller for the kids but just seeing them smile when they open a gift makes you all warm and fuzzy inside. Having dinner spending time together is all that matters. Love at it's finest. Take Care All
So sorry things are so rough. Much of my son's childhood was like that, and to second what others said, the Christmas he remembers the fondest, was when we couldn't even get a tree, so I made a Christmas chair. Wrapped the lights around the recliner, hung the ornaments on the wires. put the tree skirt (which was an Indian blanket) in the seat, wrapped up older toys he hadn't played with for awhile as "gifts" This Christmas was my first in quite a few years, and it was wonderful to be with family and friends, and see the kids opening their presents, but it also sickened me somewhat to see the huge pile under the tree, and to see how much stuff these kids got. Even if I had tons of money, there's no way I would do as much as my son's in laws do.

Received the AW 16340 Red batteries this evening and my NLV order! :w00t: Put the batteries in the charger - took less than 30 minutes to fully charge. Filled the tank with StraBerry Beach and .... WOW! I must say that I am incredibly pleased with this device.
Yay!!! So glad you got the batts and love your BB! And what a beauty it is!! And wow, they may not 16340's but you got a huge stack of batts in that pic!

As promised...

Uno build.

Thanks!! that takes a much larger coil than I would have thought! That would be a piece of cake to build! Wish they weren't so pricey though. Dunno how much they are, but I know they're up there!

Sounds wonderful!

My daughter just told me last night that she's decided not to spend so much on the kids for Christmas anymore, that they take it too much for granted. From now on, she intends to split the money spent between kids and adults. Adults appreciate gifts more because they don't expect them.

Very long story short - SO BEEN THERE DONE THAT - not only for a number of others, but for "Myself" . . . Waiting and being approved for Disability is horrendous . . . Hopefully Ya' will not have to go the route of getting an attorney as so many other have (BTW: I didn't, I fought & appealed both denials "Myself" and finally won  ) . . .So, hang in there . . .
hangin.gif
BTW: "It's not over until it's over" (as Yogi Barr would say) and then even when they think it is over - Ya' get up to fight some more . . . Just Sayin' . . .

Read this post here that I posted last Tuesday the 22nd:

Just As An FYI:

I just got a reply from Randy/RDTVapor via email. The gest of the message:

"I just received a large shipment of AW batteries this past Friday and the P123 where in this shipment. They did get smaller by 1mm coming in at 34.7mm. The shipment before this one was at 34.8mm. This is of course an average."

Also, I let Randy know what @bushmasterar15 found out from AW and he mentioned in his email that he, "talked to the owner of AW(Andrew W.) about this issue a couple months ago (due to BB owners feedback) and basically got the same info. I do know he is trying to have the factory get the size down."
"
Besides all of this, Randy goes on to mention that he has been trying to purchase a "Billet Box" so he could see for himself why there is a problem with the batteries, however has not been able to get one whenever he's tried. ( OH MY . . .Must have been caught up in the frenzy . . . But I bet he hasn't looked recently . . . :D )

So all in all - IMO - the Man is trying, especially to provide the best customer service he can to the "Billet Boxers" . . . Just Sayin' . . . ;)

Also - RDTVapor/Randy has been very accommodating given the situation, I just sent back the batteries that were out of spec that I originally got from RDTVapor on Thursday to be replaced, so when I get the new ones - I can tell Ya' more than . . . Hope that helps somewhat . . . ;)

Wish more would follow her example. My son's dad would make sure he had some nice things for birthday and Christmas, but I always got creative about it. We did scavenger hunts, hid things in various places and left him clues to find em. This was also helpful for things like the pogo stick that was hard to wrap to where he wouldn't know what it was immediately. lol We've wrapped things up and put the wrong names on them on purpose....put things like dried beans in the boxes, so when they shake em they're totally confused. Wrapped small things in 5 or 6 increasingly larger boxes, each of them gift wrapped etc. There are tons of ways to make it so much fun they don't pay as much attn to how much they received. They could be happy with a coloring book if you make getting to it enough fun.

I started having some problems with my Sophia V2 in my BB, I took it out and put it in a D base tank and put it on one of my Provari's. I am not sure why, but the Ohm's started to climb drastically. So much so that I think that is the reason I was having problems, one minute it would fire and the next it wouldn't. It must be a flaw in my build, it seemed like I was not getting battery contact, but it was the Ohms. I never had the juice control get stuck, or leak like my V1's did, so it seems like I just need to perfect my build. I am going to vape this coil in the D base for a while before trying to rebuild. :)

dat looks jus alike my RatBlack BBox!!nice rig and im getting more an more to like the one id gotten from 74cash for my wife.the kangaroo bridge is a great vape at 1.2 ohm kanger 0cc coils.

Just to avoid confusion, and since F2V is new, the Kangaroo is different from the Bridge. The former requires a Boro tank, and uses OCC coils, while the latter can be used with any tank, and require BVC (higher ohm) coils. It's a different vape, and each is proprietary to the vaper's preference.

Me? Bridge. All the time, every time. But MANY prefer the Roo (so I'm on oddball - who knew?).

I also love the bridge, but I don't like having to buy these coils all the time. I just would like another choice, just in case the FDA bans everything, and then wont be able to get them any more. I need to have other options available, I am not sure I like the idea of having to get something from someone of fakebook, just give me a website and I am in though.

I don't have Facebook, but did purchase the Uno using the link that DPLong22 posted. The video that beckdg posted looked great. Once I am finished with this coil, I will try a build on it.
