The one I have with that same finish, is in about the same condition that one was, yours came out really nice. I have my Flipper tucked away, out of my sight right now. I kind of want to wait till I really pay for it, before I really decide if I will use, it or make a display case for it. I will most likely use it, but need to get some white gloves to handle it, I also need to get some polish I read about some called Brasso, that a few people have recommended.

personally I would get nevrdull I like it much better than brasso......much less messy!

I've heard it's not as abrasive as brasso can be. I like it cuz it's a tin full of wadding that is coated, rather than a messy liquid.

ive got the same year and model,albeit she's a lil more worn than yours.nice bike for sure ya got there.great price too!i wont even say what mine cost back when....wasnt 5k though,awesome snag.ill bet its got low miles too,which is great cuz the evo motors run forever it seems.congrats!

And folks: that brass is best cared for by simply keeping it wiped down, and hit it with a chammy regularly. Maybe some Flitz every now and then

Whatever you do, do NOT fall prey to the urge to clear coat. That ALWAYS causes more problems

Well I've never been to a vape meet and have always wanted to go to one. So my MnLaw will be driving me down to Phoenix and I have an electric scooter borrowed to use while I'm there. So Vapin the Sun Convention here I come. Will try to make the best of it no matter how I feel.

If you've ever been to a gun show, picture that. Now, add a THICK cloud of vapor that sometimes smells heavenly, and sometimes just... smells. Change the people to a fairly young, fairly rude crowd. And cover the tables with nothing but Glock 9mms, with the occassional Smith Preformance center piece (and and the more occassional custom safari rifle)...
