I go to our local library every couple of weeks and they have children's sessions on in the morning. They sing all those little stick in your brain tunes like...........the wheels on the bus go round and round.

I find myself skipping down the aisle in time to the music Hahahahahaha and it takes all day to get rid of it. :p

I have been freaking out over the lack of information, on what the changes are going to be, mainly the Boro tanks, so I went ahead and spent more money that I don't have yet.:glare: I ordered a Black Boro for my Flipper, and because it wouldn't make sense to just order that, I also ordered a bridge and 4 box's of coils.

Just a quick comment. The last two boro's I bought were super tight around the bridge. The actual plastic (not the oring) so I removed the o-ring and lightly sanded the plastic around the hole using some really fine grit sandpaper around a piece of dowel. Re inserted the oring and all is sweet. It's the oring that makes the seal rather than the plastic of the boro.

I only have 2 of the billet bridge's until this order, so thanks I will keep this in mind. I really want to try the UNO, and if I like it, I would like to switch to using them only, the other thing I have been wanting to try is the Diver, but every time I check they don't have the flange less bases. I really want to get away from using the aspire coils, because I am afraid of the FDA and the government banning them. I don't know for sure that, that is going to happen or not, I am just trying to plan ahead.

I never took to the diver in the BB but it works beautifully in a normal tank.

A few months back, I (finally) used a delrin tank, hoping that I could get used to it. I didn't (though that's not the point :)), and switched BB's so I could use a Boro. The bridge/coil assembly is stuck in the delrin tank. Any ideas on how to get it out?

I got an UNO for exactly this reason, kas. An' then I bought about 20 boxes of coils! One of these months I'm gonna watch Beck's vid again an' try to build it...

That's what happened to me. I was cautious at first because the glass worried me then I took out the glass...the top piece was ok so I levered that upwards. Then I am ashamed to say I used a carto plunger and hammer.
That freaked me out which is why I sanded the hole a bit bigger.

Sorry I just read it was in a delrin tank. Unscrew the face plate and do the same. Be careful of the spring in the ball mechanism. It flings across the room. (Said from personal experience) :p

It is just one of those items that I have read about over the years, and never had one, and I have read that others have used one in the BB, with very few problems. The only problem I remember reading about is some minor leaking, which is a wicking issue.

I have watched the vid, and it looks easy enough, I think I mentioned this about a week ago, I was given a Sabot, and I found I can use Kanger Pro-tank coils in it. I have been playing with rebuilding the coils in the heads, I was doing it blind though, I found one of my old pro-tanks this weekend, so I now have a base that I can check my OHMS with, so I should be able to get it to work better now. The UNO looks a lot like the Pro-tank heads, so it is like I am getting some practice. :)

Ah. Unscrew the faceplate. Sometimes I'm VERY daft! I did try the hammer-and-battler approach, but it didn't work. Off to find something with which to unscrew. Thanks!

((((((((((xx))))))))) my kindred spirit!!! One Easter I found the cutest bunny that sang a really cute song. Didn't take me long to learn the song. At a couple points in the song, he'd tap his foot three times, stop and wiggle his ears etc. I sang the song with him all through walmart, and I'd stop and tap my foot when he did. I'd wobble my head when he wiggled his ears. Everyone kept asking me where I got it, so I'd tell em. Think I sold about 12 of em before I got outta there!!!

My only concern with using the diver is the NR-R wire...are you using that?
