Okay, so i am given up on Uno, still has not found a perfect build for my needs. I do like 0.5 kanger coils @ 30 watt. I tried 26g 28g, standard coils, contact coils, 2mm up to 3mm. from 0.5 ohm to 1.2 ohm. HELPPPPPP
Sorry you're having issues with it. Hopefully something Raq said will help you figure it out, if not I'm sure someone can help.

I'm in heaven! My 'Roo came in the mail yesterday, and I set it up in my Rev 4 with a 1.5Ω Kanger (that is reading 1.15Ω for some reason?). I have it set at 12W, and have gone through a half a tank with no problems, just perfection!
that's wonderful!!! :) :) :)

This weekend has been nice spending some time with my son. Would've been great if we could've got to the creek to cast a few lines but just staying at home together was good.
Very kewl! Hope he made ya some chicken soup! hehehe

Just want to thank @DPLongo22 and @Katdarling for all the encouraging words and helpful tips. You guys are the greatest!!!!

And another shout out to @raqball and @Uncle because they both are the reasons why I bought a roo, uno, and billetbridge...lol! Oh and a hybrid red/black tip that Ohman is making for me as we speak :p

From my experience they have not been. The triton mini Clapton coils are better IMHO.

Hey @GrayMatter and @LEGOMAN!! Hope you're both having a great night!!

So far, I'm really digging the kanger vertical OCC 0.5ohm coil heads...I dig them better than the gClapton 0.5ohm coil heads and the aspire bvc's. There's just something about the airdraw on the roo that I really like, the bridge and the bvc's were a little to tight of a draw for me :(

I've yet to try the authentic Kanger SOCC's and claptons, but that will have to wait for the next paycheck or the missus will have me sleeping on the couch......again :p

@GrayMatter about the Triton Mini Clapton coils which coil adapter do they work with?? I've heard great things about them and wanted to try them out. Thanks in advance.....

@Aceyboogie - Atmistique makes the bridge comfort for the triton mini coils. They are the same form factor as the nautilus coils. IMO their draw is about half way between the Aspire BVC and the Kangers when compared in their tanks. Not sure yet how they compare in the Rev4 yet. I have the bridge comfort but need to pick up some more coils.

Here is how I build mine:

1. On a 2.5mm bit I wrap 28g kanthal (26 is to thick so don't use it). I do 11 wraps which comes out to about 1.8'ish ohms for me.

2. Remove coil from the bit after wrapped and hold with tweezers. I fire up my handheld torch and heat the coil up applying slight pressure to the coil.

3. Put the bit back through the coil and insert the coil into the Uno base. The bit will help keep the coil in position. Run the rubber insulator over one leg and insert it into the base.

4. Pull both coil legs off to the side of the base and insert the pin.

5. Snip the coil legs as close to the base as you can

6. After assembled, remove the bit and use a screwdriver or something small to adjust the coils position so that it is centered in the Uno base.

7. Cotton it up. Use a lot of cotton and make it a tight fit in the coil.

8. Snip the cotton ends at the base. Leave a little extra outside the base and fluff the ends.

9. Adjust coil again and make sure it's centered in the base.

10. Juice up the coil and the ends of the cotton.

11. Screw the top portion of the Uno on.

12. Check to make sure the cotton ends are completely covering the Uno slats. If not, you will get leaking.

13. Once satisfied the cotton ends are covering the Uno slats completely, insert into BB tank and vape away! :)

The Uno comes with 2 small orings to adjust the draw. I find that using one oring does little to nothing but that adding both of them does tighten it up to where it's a tad / wee bit more airy than say the BVC's are.

It is not that i do not know how to build it or having any problem with it. I just have not found a perfect build that give the vape that i got from kanger 0.5 occ. Its either feel too much or just enough , if that makes sense. If any one have come up with a build that is similar to 0.5occ please share it.

Thank you for written out all those above information though. Much appreciated. It will be handy for others along the road.

Cheers mate

I opened a particularly wonderful package this evening, courtesy of our own @Krisma. In addition to the seven GLORIOUS delrin tanks I was expecting, was a marvelous surprise.

I'm too tired to go further into it now, but suffice it to say that our creative & talented friend from Down Under has been busily creating something with said talents..

Pic tomorrow.

Thanks, XX!!!!!!!!!!! I'm not the only one who loves it either. I'll bet you can guess who else.

I demand The Story (please). AFTER I post the pic tomorrow, of course.

You're kidding, right? Just the one is beyond gracious, and I can't thank you enough. You KNOW how much I love these things...

Besides, with the number of packages that already cross the US (between CT & CA), this baby will have a chance to rack up some nice frequent flyer miles.

THRILLED...!!!

And I give you, TipXX.

Shown next to a BB for the purposes of size perspective, it appears to a non-standard, brass ring, somehow fused with a (quite nice) SS drip-tip. It looks similar to DD's "press-fit" ones, but I can't say for sure exactly how she did it.

Amazingly, even with a screw that I thought might be challenged, it fired up PERFECTLY on four different Rev 3's. QUITE a nice vape too!

To say "I'm impressed" would be an understatement. Ultimately though, I'm even more appreciative than impressed. And not only just a little bit surprised!!!

Simply marvelous.

The SS driptip is a proprietry drip tip from the smoke revive cartos. It has a 510 threads on the base. I was just tinkering and the brass screw has a 510 thread so it just screws together.

It's just playing and there may be some condensation collection in the base so just add a really thin little oring to close the gap. Fun idea. :p

Anyone know how often Atmistique ships items? I've been waiting for a shipping confirmation for a few days. Just curious...

Normally they are insanly fast. Last order was at my door in under 24 hours from Greece to Germany. I would send them an e-mail.
