But I want to haz a rev 4 delrin but I no can haz.. :(
I know, darlin. I'm sorry.

I just love the Rev4 (have I said "Thank you!" lately?), but the Boro gasket and I do not get along. It leaks. Just a teensy bit, but enough so that I have to be mindful to keep the BB upright at all times. I must've done something wrong...

Does Billet Box Vapor know about all the problems y'all are having with these Rev 4 Boro tanks?
Are they working on a fix?

Have they even acknowledged the issues?

I wanna battle tomorrow, but at the same time, I really don't want to end up with a product that will leak or cause the problems a lot of you seem to be having.

Now, knock on wood, but I haven't had a lick of trouble with my Rev-3a Boro...
The gaskets between the two gens must be a different material, or the glass slide mechanism is different.

Thank you, again! Do you have a specific bottle you purchase, too? Or, do you just put these on a syringe? Sorry for all the questions...

Tools and Accessories : Big Daddy Vapor

They're not cheap, but I like the different color cap option, and they work marvelously well.

Someone else may have a better option.

They do know, HB, and they've been VERY helpful. They always are. A quick message, call, or post on FB will bring them 'round quickly. They'll ALWAYS make good...

They're at the very top of the CS pile, along with a few others, as you heard me rant about over in another vendor thread, maybe three months back. Simply awesome, from every perspective.

All my BB's will sometimes have some leakage. They're built so well though, that it's a quick wipe-out, then move on. I stopped worrying long ago, because they just keep on ticking.

And it's totally random, just by the way, when they will come out wet. No sweat, the wet.

Best bottles in the world

You can get them from eBay (this is the Australian listing but narrow neck)

30ml squeezable bottle dispensing bottle with luer lock cap transfer cap

I got most of mine from madvapes but I don't see them there anymore.

30mL Luer Lock Bottle | Madvapes

Amazon has the original seller but they would not ship to Australia.

OOH!!! Clear front Delrin!
Where to get?
Are those the older versions?
LOL! I was waiting for it.

Not my faves, but others love them. They were standard issue with the early BBs. When the all delrins came out, I know that I'd found love.

Bamrz has one of mine, and I think Kat has the other. But alas, my Provi/BB friend, I have none left to offer you.

One that I do cherish, and will hold forever, is a rare all-delrin-no-hole tank that I purchased as an "ultimate" backup. I assumed that the balls would break down in the delrin tanks. They still may, but none have yet.

And I can assure that I've put them through paces.

Brilliant workmanship, that man called DD. ... brilliant.

lolz,... ahhh K, here is what's up... On the Rev 3 it was pretty clear how the glass needed to slide in because it wasn't totally square, it kinda had like a leggy doober' thingy on one side.... the Rev 4 tank glass you have to put it in JUST THE WAY YOU TOOK IT OUT... it has a bevel in the glass on ONE of the top edges so it can ride up on the gasket. I tried to stress this in the instructions... Until last night i had yet to watch any reviews of the Rev 4... i saw one reviewer attempt to put the glass in upside down.. this equals destroying the gasket... He flipped the glass but had the bevel UP not Down... this equals destroying the gasket... he forced it in there, but the gasket was shot, and completely ripped out of the track... we have replacement gaskets in the care kits on the shop site, but as long as the glass gets put back the way it came out, you should never have to replace it... if you ever put the glass in wrong however, it will never work right until replaced. I guess i could have the glass laser engraved with up and down, but that may weaken it... sorry this has been a problem for some, but the glass HAS to go in correctly to work. Still having problems, send it in to us, we'll take care of it.

side note... hi guys!!! things are nutz.. i'm fighting a ton of things right now, production levels, my health, being away from my wife and daughter for months at a time, and now prepping for the super fun FDA stuffs... Yayyyy!!!!... plus all this stuff up my sleeve that i'v been holding on to that may not be able to happen now with FDA regs... lot's happening, lot's gonna happen... but i'm way tired, sorry i haven't had the time to spend here, keep an eye on the news for industrial complex fires in the Ogden Utah area, toasted marshmallows sound super nummy right now!!!

other insider info... neat plates for the Rev 4 up tomorrow. The TMNB (green) looks killer, anodizers done did a good job, and we threw stainless buttons in them puppies... Ummm,,, RPG is coming up not this batch but the next, it's back from the anodizers today, and yah, they look way awesome...

DNA 25 are comin' soon, the machining is a little different for them, the boards we make are a little different too... we're on it and they should be next batch..... if all go's happy time...
