lolz,... ahhh K, here is what's up... On the Rev 3 it was pretty clear how the glass needed to slide in because it wasn't totally square, it kinda had like a leggy doober' thingy on one side.... the Rev 4 tank glass you have to put it in JUST THE WAY YOU TOOK IT OUT... it has a bevel in the glass on ONE of the top edges so it can ride up on the gasket. I tried to stress this in the instructions... Until last night i had yet to watch any reviews of the Rev 4... i saw one reviewer attempt to put the glass in upside down.. this equals destroying the gasket... He flipped the glass but had the bevel UP not Down... this equals destroying the gasket... he forced it in there, but the gasket was shot, and completely ripped out of the track... we have replacement gaskets in the care kits on the shop site, but as long as the glass gets put back the way it came out, you should never have to replace it... if you ever put the glass in wrong however, it will never work right until replaced. I guess i could have the glass laser engraved with up and down, but that may weaken it... sorry this has been a problem for some, but the glass HAS to go in correctly to work. Still having problems, send it in to us, we'll take care of it.
I KNEW IT!!!
Ok. Well that settles it...
I'll probably be battling a lot of you tomorrow.
If the gasket isn't the liability that it sounded like, I can handle it.
Rev 4 here we come.
