I do see on the site that BBV actually said that the tips are likely to change dramatically every time a batch is made, so that's prolly why you are seeing a difference in the color. I'd love to see a pic of yours if and when you can.

Also, the Billet Bridge, as stated on the site, takes the BVC coils, and you wanted the nautilus Bridge. I have both, and I love them both, with perhaps a slight edge to the BVC coils. You might just find you like them!

I will get a pic up later. I may try and use this bridge and go from there. Nothing to lose. Any tips on assembling? Thanks.

I fired up the BVC bridge. Not bad. I can't say I notice much difference vs. the Nautilus. The No BS Tip is very nice/well made/nice draw for me. Just a little "off" in color IMHO.

Wow, I think that looks great! No, not a precise matchy matchy, but they compliment each other nicely.

I guess since you loaded up the B Bridge with a BVC, you don't need any tips, eh?

I'm wicked OCD at times! Second BB and I love it. If you have any tips I'll take them. I have been rocking this for a bit and it's nice. Just seems weird that it's just pressed together vs screwed together.

Every vaper (just about) has OCD as their middle name! Believe me, I GET it!

There really aren't too many tips or tricks. Prime it up as with any coil before you assemble it. I like to put the top barrel in first, then install the bottom one. Push them to meet, and vape vape vape!

I really believe once you spend some time with the BVCs, you too will become a fan.

Nice pic! I like how the tip looks personally. I have never used a Nautilus coil, I was very hesitant to try the BVC coils because I wanted to use only rebuildable's in everything, I still do. But the BVC's are just plain good, in my 2 main BB's I go threw 2 coils a week with them, so I do use a lot of them. I use 1 in another BB that lasts me almost a month, with a less gunking juice. I do like the Billet bridge racing a lot, just don't like the reduced tank capacity. For now I am using the BVC's as my main set up for these. I have been thinking about setting up 4 tanks with the racing bridge's, with my 2 ADV's in them, and mid day swap the tanks, but I am afraid I would end up breaking one of the boro tanks.

I like the driptip as well. But we all know what it's like to want the right look.

Just on the BVC coils there is a tiny flat oring on the top of the BVC coils. This creates a bit of stickability so unless your tip gets caught on the upper tube everything stays in place.

A trick I use.... Have the A symbol on the tube facing you. If it turns when you are unscrewing you know it will pull apart. Give the screw a little jiggle and it will break the contact between the tube and the screw

And one other: When you're ready to change coils, be SURE not to leave the small bit of the Bridge attached to the used coil !!! If you toss the coil, you've lost HALF the Bridge!

I am using the original brass screw thingy in my Rev 3'a's, and they were always pulling out the top half of my billet bridge's. I remembered a tip I read in the BY Leo thread, that recommended to put the 0-ring on a pen or pencil, and slightly sand down the outer surface of the 0-ring, I use 120 grit sand paper. No more stuck tubes.

There was also an earlier post about switching the orings red ones (they are less sticky). I did that and no more troubles.

Yep! The red silicone orings are great! I got mine from the oring store.

Edited to add:

The size for the brass ring oring is 1.5mm x 5.5mm

I also changed out the carto orings in all my BB tanks as well to the red silicone orings. They've been in there for over a year with no problem!

The tank o rings are 1.5 x 9mm.

O-rings certainly DO make a diff, do they not!

I had some issues with the screw pulling out the cylinder (whichever I had in there), and I've found my own method of avoidance. I put very SLIGHT pressure on the tank when taking off the screw (and I go very slowly). I can feel if it's catching, but by putting on that bit of pressure, it releases, and no probs!

I remember that post now, I never did order them, and forgot all about it.
The sand paper thing is working for me now though, but I should order some of those, I think some of the 0-rings I am using are very old.

I never put them in the actual tanks. I felt that we used them with Sophia's because they didn't grip and I wanted the tube section to stay put. But on the screw they are brilliant.

That reminds me I should check my orings on the boro tanks. I used to be so organised with checking on my carto tanks but I have been quite slack with them in the billet box. If it ain't broke...........

I don't think I have changed the tank 0-rings in about a year, I don't really get any leakage, maybe a little. but not enough to worry about. Maybe I will change them this weekend, just because I can.

Well that was a terrible end of a good work week, when I was on my way home, I got 4 streets away from my house, I was going about 30 mph someone pulled out in front of me, I hit them hard, neither car was driveable. I ended up with a sprained right wrist That just might be the end of my Chevy HHR. No one in the other car was hurt, it has been quite some time sense i was in a wreck, still a bit frazzled.

oh Kas that is awful, the only good thing is that people walked away. Cars can be replaced (even the loved ones) but people can't. Make sure you are not alone if shock kicks in hard and try to keep the wrist rested.
