OK, now where do I get one of them fancy "all in one" drip tips?

Every twenty feet on Facebook, but I think Bret Fels' ("Ohman") are the best of the lot. Personal opinion though. Congrats on the hit (finally)!

baby blue with stainless is on its way to me. was set on red, but then looking at the baby blue this morning changed my mind.

I have that blue in the Rev3. The pics do NOT do the color justice. CONGRATS, LD!!!!

I love Ohman's stuff, but that website is a bit too artsy fartsy for me!

Yeah, it's not the most productive site I've ever seen - but I believe his contact info is there. I find that an email or FB message is the most efficient way to reach him. Real good guy too.

The JMK tips are nice as well and about $20 less if that matters to you..

BB Tips Rev4

I have the Busto- (2nd from left in the website photo) and I like it well enough. The Ohman ones are nicer but the JMK tips are sweet too...

So, are they all long enough now? The early ones had some issues with misfiring.

agreed. Cant find anything on there., Pretty though...lol!

I have one and I don't have any issues with it firing. The base is wide and flat, so instead of going into the atomizer or atomizer adapter and sealing with an o-ring like the stock BB drip tip adapter, the bottom surface of the JMK tip just makes contact with the top rim of the atty (or adapter). I'm not sure if it affects performance too much, but I thought it was interesting enough to note. I usually use one of my regular drip tips with the stock adapter, mostly because I prefer non metal drip tips (at least the part that touches my lips) and my other drip tips fit tight enough that I can use them to unscrew the threads just by turning them. But if someone doesn't mind metal drip tips and they really want an all in one, the JMK tip works fine.

As long as it makes contact they should be fine. The issues I knew of were with the very early runs, and he did make good on all of them. I just hadn't heard if they were consistently firing properly or not.

I went through a stage where I collected every hybrid out there, as they were released, and the JMK's were in those early releases. I'm glad to hear they're going well now because they're a great value.

Yeah my JMK is fine as well and no firing / connectivity issues at all...

Excellent - thanks, Raq. I'm guessing they're all spot on now then. VERY good news, and I'm going to recommend them to someone who's looking for one. Especially now that I see how few I've left (from what once grew to uncontrolled heights).

The DD ones in front, Ohmans' titaniums in the middle, and the very first hybrid ever made (Jomark & Henry White) in the back.

Well, there WAS an earlier one, but it wasn't a true hybrid. DD "made" it from press-fitting an Atmistique tip into a brass screw with 20,000 ppsf of force. That one is upstairs right now, and I'm lazy.

Twas a FUN ride, this BBV thing. :toast:

Begging forgiveness for the waxed nostalgia, I had to go get this one, just to complete the "set" of what remains.

Born in June 2014, the "DD Hybrid Gemini". The first true hybrid was introduced 3 months later, in September. Then the floodgates opened.

This Gemini is one of only two that he made, and it remains a prized possession. The brass screw is an absolute mess, but it still vapes perfectly well, and the screw is hidden anyway.

Ah, the memories... :)

Only a handful still around from those crazy days, but I never forget a face. Thanks for all the fun I've had in this place. Laughs by the truckload, and fun beyond fun.

From your tone it sounds like you're going away. Did I miss a post where you explained this, or is it just nostalgia for nostalgia's sake and I'm reading too much into it?

No, no - just nostalgia's sake. I've been less frequent here, mainly for lack of need, and for whatever reason, the hybrid talk flooded my memory banks. :)
