I scored a Dober a few cycles ago, and when it arrived, built it up with a Mistery. No problems, vaped well and I enjoyed it.
Fast forward to last week when I re-purchased an Insider (I'd had one, but sold it unused when the F5 wars were at their peak, and a 4b seemed unattainable). Built it, and....
I can't find the bloody top contact screw for the 4b
Thankfully I was able to "borrow" the one from the 4a, and use a hybrid Atmistique tip, but of course I want to replace the missing screw.
To the interwebs to drop a message to BB via the "contact" section of the store, only to realize that the previous message I had sent them in March had not been replied to (understandable, possibly, given the new arrival, but grrrr). So, off to FB and reopened the Messenger session from months ago, shoot off a quick repeat of the problem.
That was last afternoon... still no reply.
TL: DR...Is there any way to get in contact with BB? I'd love to pick up a couple screws and a couple Boro gaskets, but can't seem to get a reply.

Huh, I was going to suggest the dee mods replacement, but it looks like it's out of stock Dee Mods - "Billet Box Flush 510 Drip Tip Connector"

Yep - there are 2 of them and not everyone knows either unless they go to THAT BB Website . . .
