I watch mostly Phil's review... It's became like a weekly TV show for me. Anyway, in his review billow v1 was leaking quite bad. Will this have any difference with billow V2? So far I has been satisfied with my Lemo and STM
Yup I worry about leaks too but I've had great success with both of my goblins, so I feel rather confident that I can figure out the wicking in a billow v2. Especially since I'll be able to play with the deck and wicks without draining the tank!

BTW I have three lemos and a STM, I love them too!

Quick verdict: So far I love it! It vapes like a Goblin with more airflow!

Initial observances:
Cons:
Machining and threads are sharp
Glass is a little thin
Despite the part delrin driptip, I can feel some heat through it.
Plastic "needle tip" bottle (IMO) will be needed to fill. The dripper tips (like Mt Baker uses) probably won't work well.

Pros:
Solidly made and threads together nicely
Airflow is HUGE
5 mls!
Easy deck to build on
Inner chimney keeps wicks in place while refilling.
Driptip is wide but not uncomfortable (identical width as Subtank Mini)
Flavor is on par with my Goblins with a little bit more vapor production

Running the same build as my Goblins (.4 ohm and japanese cotton at 25 watts) to directly compare them. I'm vaping my favorite homemade Ripe Strawberry 50/50 juice.

Here's all the parts....

26 gauge, 2.4 mm, 8 wrap micros = .4 ohms (the same build I use in my Goblins)

I'm interested on if it is leaking like the first version was known for. Did EHPRO seem to have fixed this issue with v2?
I don't have a V1 so I can't comment on that but 3 hours in and 3/4 of a tank vaped without a leak or dry hit. Maybe I just got lucky wicking it for the first time?

it looks like you wicked it properly. I watched a video on wicking the 1st verson before I was about to buy it and they recommended placing the wick tips in the juice grooves like you did in the pic. Thanks for trying this sucker out. I feel more confident in my purchase now.

Just refilled and found a small con... when unscrewing the tank from the base, the inner chimney can unscrew a little from the build deck. Figured it out when the tank wouldn't completely screw onto the base. If anyone gets one make sure the inner chimney is screwed down when refilling.

It might help to place some PTFE tape on the chimney threads so it has a tighter fit.

Thanks for the tip. If it continues to be an issue I'll try it. So far it's not a big deal.

Forgot to mention that it came sealed in a plastic wrapper and was squeaky clean. I still gave it a good wash even though there wasn't any machine oil.

Got mine yesterday and it seems I may have a defective base. I put my go to build in it, dual 24g at .4 ohms. First read on my meter said 1.9ohms. Checked the screws and made sure the coils were not touching anything they shouldn't. Read 2.1 ohms for a second on the meter then it read shorted, haven't been able to get it to read since. Checked it on my sigelei 150 and got the check atomizer message.

I put a different build in but got the same result. I cleaned and dried it as well, no dice. I'm pretty bummed out but I have contacted Eciggity and they have always been good to me on the customer service side so I hope to get it figured out.

I know it's only been out a day or two but has anyone else has this problem?
