The care and feeding of V4L cartomizers?

Can't seem to find time in my crazy world to boil, so I refill maybe a half a dozen times and then "toss". Somehow I feel a little guilty when I toss them, but I do it anyway. Maybe I should be keeping them in case of a possible ban?

I have been using the same carts since the 1st. of Decemmber
but I think that's enough...time to spendsome money.8-o
