If you're magical like me and never pop them, never get a DOA one, or never get one that has a short life...then they aren't that bad in the long run. 
Somewhere around 2-3mL. Sometimes more if I got a new joose and it's amazingly tasty. I jump around a lot so I always feel like I don't vape anything since my bottles stay full so long.
Thanks everyone for being so helpful! So when you all say vape a little until the flavor drops off, what are we talking about here? How many "hits"? I know it'll vary but just a rough idea if that's possible.
That's because smoking is easy. Light, inhale, die a little, repeat.
I read 7-10 good hits often, but mine are usually shorter hits, so I get what seems like more time between drips.

It really depends on things like how you vape. If you draw more it stands to reason you will get less pulls out of the 2-3 drops. You will find a happy place I promise.
boy Bishy you must take very short hits and I vape 2-3mls with my morning coffee...
bc, I've bought and used these 306's from another vendor. I personally like them and won't go back to the Cisco's. If you have bought any from madvapes, these are from the same factory. Smoktech.
I use 306 attys with cannon drip tips on my Kong, and i take monster hits. I get between 8-10 hits before the flavor drops off, but the 306 has a larger internal reservoir. That's why I love a bottom feeder, just a little squeeze, and the flavor is back.

Only ones I have had are from IKV, Cisco, and Cisco spec from avid. I preferred the avid, but i blew them up real easy with Boba's thick vg. But the draw was nice and airy, a little longevity would have made them perfect.

You obviously have never heard Kongs in stereo, it is hard to ignore them. Boba in ...., Grog in Donkey Kong. It is like the Siren Song, and I just keep steering my ship toward the rocks.
