I love that house Pool, may I move in with you?
I just saw unleaded plus here now at $4.04. I see you are from Austin, I have a friend there and visited several times and loved it, except for the heat in the summer (once for Halloween, and twice for the ACL). I need to reach out to her, been too long.

I've had my eye on ones similar to that. Made out of recycled shipping containers. It's amazingly cost effective compared to conventional means, and there is no short supply of them.
Another great page with some examples: http://gracie-senseandsimplicity.blogspot.com/2011/05/shipping-container-homes-6-inspiring.html
Hell yes! Bring the cauldron!I love that house Pool, may I move in with you?
I was supposed to visit one year for South by SouthWest, but was on travel and couldn't make it.Austin is a lovely town... imo it is by far the best place in TX... I've been in lots of places in the US at one time or another (military and traveling) and I can honestly say that Austin is my favorite... I hear parts of Colorado are incredibly nice to live in as well... I know I enjoyed my ski vacation there!
You ought to come down for South by SouthWest if you liked ACL you would probably love that festival too! It just finished last month for this year... and it just keeps getting bigger every year. We finally get a Formula 1 race this fall too!![]()

I think it's pictures 4 & 5...awesome zombie proof cabin.Awesome site, thanks!

Nah. It wont be that simple. It been having idle issues, so Im guessing the ICV is acting up. Or something in the EGR. Regardless, I wont have to worry about it. Just gotta take it to the shop where the company will pay for the repair. Unless its too expensive, then they will just sell the van back to our fleet supplier. Who the heck orders Chevy Ventures for work vans anyways?! Stoopids.Morning posse! Cool aide has shipped! Can't wait.
James, go take off your gas cap and put it back on. And incorrectly sealed cap will trip the light every time. And at least you have a spare charger at work!
I havent touched the gas cap in a few days. Im down to about a 1/4 tank. And it did the whole blinky blinky off thing. It flashed a few times, then went out and never came back on. No other dash lights, like the oil pressure light, came on.My wife use to do it all the time on her old car. The first time she called freaking out the light was on I didn't know wth. There obviously could be other problems but I would check that first. It won't go off instantly though, it has to run through all its test. Drive it a day or two. Now if the light is blinking and not on steady, it usually indicates a more serious problem.
Wow, that's a long time. We get maybe a month of temps in the mid to high 90's. Sometimes we'll get over 100, but not very often. I'm spoiled with the weather here. Mid 60's is my ideal temperature. The heat is bad... I can't deny that one... that and a horrible allergy season are the only two real downsides to living here. Last summer was the 2nd worst in recorded history (only worse one was in the 1950's). We had an entire month where it was up near 110 as the highs last summer and over 90 days with the high above 100.
Thank God that is not normal... but even the normal summer is really hot with about 45-60 days around 100. The spring fall and winter here are lovely though!
*looks back over his post and realizes that if he was reading this for the first time he would never move to Austin*![]()
And I already have planned used for them once they are empty.Pool...I'm in love with the new glass bottles too..
the droppers are awesome because they don't
drip everywhere...only where you want them to...
I could deal with that. Back in '95 we had a big family reunion in Florida on my Dad's side around Christmas. I remember one day we all went to Disney World, and it was raining like cats and dogs, and was somewhere in the 50's. I was wearing shorts and having a ball. All the locals were wearing sweaters and jackets.mid 60's is a little cool for me...my ideal would be
low 80's day and 60's evenings...perfect...![]()
