Poor fishes..... I'm thinking a fence might be a good idea.

Might that not be seen as a challenge rather than as a defense? Even if it is seen as a defense... how many of us when riding bikes as children took off the safety equipment when we were out of our parent's sight? :lol:

Congrats Bliss!!! Knew you could do it!!!

So I'm thinking Victor's juice should be innocently sweet,bursting with flavor and bam spicy on the finish.:lol:
Bam likes spicy! :laugh:

When I was a kid, we had neighbors at our summer place that had a "fish pond". It had a very heavy frame over top with chicken wire to keep out kids/predators. Maybe something like that could work? Might keep out that bird that harasses them too?

Safety equipment??? :blink: Apparently you're a lot younger than some of us! :laugh: I rode my bike around all summer wearing just a bathing suit. "Safety" was my mom yelling at me for letting my friend ride on the back fender. Yes, bikes used to have fenders.:) Oh, and one of my favorite things to do was to ride my old bike off the end of the pier into the river - it was awesome!

Safety equipment - bwahahahaha! :lol::lol::lol:

Same here. Something about all of these padded kids just cracks me up. Not a single kid will have a story anymore. We (us "steeped ones") all have them, like the nice scar on my knee from my dad teaching me to ride a two wheeler. Down the hill. Thanks Dad. :laugh: Piers were a blast!

Yup, I have a scar on my knee from a friend that didn't warn me when he jumped on the back of my bike - WHAM! Both of us hit the gravel. :( But now the scar from my motorcycle accident dwarfs the old one! :lol: I guess I still haven't outgrown my "tomboy phase"! :lol::lol::lol:
