I'm in my early 50's and still have very oily skin. Anything I've ever put on my face lasts maybe a half hour before it slides off. Meh. The good side is it does help combat the wrinkles!
I just turned 50 and have the opposite of you, very dry skin, so makeup just seeps into the wrinkles around my eyes and makes them stand out. My face actually looks older with makeup - weird, but that is my middle name.

Sorry about your Stardust. I just got two and I really like them. I've tried several other brands of clearamizers and they all leak - the Stardust has yet to leak. Where do you purchase yours?
