Off topic....

My boat was made by a company that went under a few years back, called Dixie Boat Works. After searching around, I finally found out that the owner retired and the transferred all of their manufacturing records to a company called The Boat and Body shop. Thankfully, they are a nearly local company. Im going to call them tomorrow to see what they would charge to repair the floor. Depending on what that costs, I may ask them to track down the electrical stuff too.

Nothing I know kills knee pain. But if you find something that realy works.Let me know asp.

Today has been ice, more ice & bio-freeze. Nothing does kill the pain....when I first tore it they put me on codeine and that did nothing but make me loopy. My doc suggested a pain patch back then, but I'm allergic to too many things, so I said no. The chiropractor is what helped the most- I was pain free for almost a year! I'm going in on Tuesday.

Hope it's not too pricey. Maybe you can get the boat water worthy before it starts to get cold out and use it this year.

Maybe she can't get out of spooky shed! How will we find her?
Wait... No... Her last post was about sending Mr V to look for steaks and that she needed a nap.

It really is good! It didn't really even taste like a beer though. I got no "beeriness" taste at all.
Thats why its blasphemy!!!!

Oh no! I sure hope they can find something to help. It stinks when you can't find anything that works.

Im not so sure its going to happen. The floor really put a damper on my timeline. But since it did happen, I need to start on the trailer. It needs no lights, wheels, and tires. I should be able to get all the lights done in one afternoon, but the wheels/tires will have to wait because they are so expensive. Well, not expensive, just expensive to me. And only then can I think about taking it anywhere. Hell, I might as well just pull it up there and say, "Tell me how much to finish it".

Here's a pretty beach pic. Not posting the one w/ me in it. I'll just let you guys assume I look nice and not ruin it.

Sent from my HTC EVO on Taptalk.

That's probably what I'd do. Of course, I wouldn't even know where to start on fixing something like that up to begin with.

 As long as you werent one of the people wearing the clothes because they fit, but they shouldnt have been, Im sure you look(ed) just fine.

Well, Ive worked on car projects for years. Its driven Mrs E bonkers. But this is my first boat. Not just first boat project, but first boat ever. I think my plan was going really well up to the point the floor broke. I dunno. Too many "what ifs" right now.

Great picture of the beach...ahhhh!!
I like the fact there are no kids! I love the beach, but its not the same when you take the kids. But I will admit, last year (our first family beach trip) the kids did really well. Im hoping they do just as well this year.

So I couldn't wait til tomorrow and went ahead and filled up a stardust with some House. OH MY!!! :ohmy:It is truly awesome! :D I can't seem to pinpoint what exactly it is that I"m tasting but it sure is good. One puff tastes like cake, next tastes like chocolate, next like caramel. Don't know if any of that is really in there but I'm really enjoying it! Definitely be ordering a BIG bottle next time.

Oh and thank you FV for the sample!

Ok guys, I'm getting off for the night. I want to try to get Morgan to go to sleep and watch some mindless tv before I go to bed. Ya'll have a great night and talk to ya tomorrow.

I was most certainly wearing tasteful clothing :D I honestly couldn't understand how some people really thought they looked good in that two piece swimsuit. There should also be an age limit imposed on wearing them too. I haven't had a swimsuit on that didn't have a skirt or shorts attached to it since I was 20.
