:shock::shock: Palmetto bugs!!! I saw one in Puerto Rico and nearly wet my pants. Good lordy no, I will not live where they live!

Back from my scream to the post office. They put that blasted stop light up again at the bridge. That will be about enough of that. Sheesh.

No coupon codes right now, but there is a daily deal. Today it is Pina Colada, tonight it changes at 9 to, I don't know. Lemonade?

I know I'm late chiming in here, but I'm really jealous of you people turning your AC's off. If we get to turn ours of by sometime in October it's a blessing. 113 right now. 118 forecast for tomorrow. And this has been the best summer since moving here. I feel for all you Texans this year.

But there aren't many bugs here.

They can call them palmetto bugs if they want to but they're still just big roaches. Now the big spiders on the other hand I don't mind. They just eat the other critters.

Right Over Here
It is also 113 over here in the California desert. I think I've killed 10 black widows and big nasty wolf spiders just over the weekend. Those damn things like to crawl into your house.
You know, I got bit by a scorpion when I was ten in San Diego. I was in my house and I think that bothered me more than getting bit- I was in a "safe zone". Bugs have no manners.

Ok, no where is free of creepy crawlies. Here we have timber rattlers and brown recluse spiders. Of course every spider I see is declared a brown recluse...

I think I will leave it as Deal of The Day for now. Quite a few people are enjoying it and stocking up on their favorites. Thanks 36!

THEDert, come on in and introduce yourself please.
