Yes, he got treats for being a good boy and letting me pull the quills out, not for being a ...... for taking on the porcupine. No need to feel too bad for him, he's a happy camper sleeping on my feet right now.

Poor guy! Make sure to put plenty of Neosporin on those!Well Simon just got me back for every nasty thing I've ever thought about him. I figured I let the dogs out so Grimm would get the heck off my PV and when they came back in Simon was hobbling on 3 legs... I just pulled about 50 porcupine quills out of his paw and his face.
Poor boy was a total champ though. He yelped a few times, but he let me pull them out. He just saved me a $200 vet bill, I guess I won't mind so much when he wakes me at dawn tomorrow.

Ha, ha! In the path of the outer part, and because I have a good job and family here! Seriously, I actually finally have a good boss that I like- how rare is that?! He was out of town and actually called us today to worry about us, he is really a good guy, and pays decent.

Yes! When I first got to thinking about modding I figured I would injure myself trying to solder but now I see that it isn't soldering that is dangerous its what soldering does to you.. I was ready to put an eye out.. but maybe I just gotta get some practice and a better iron..
Yes, that's about right from what I hear. What iron did you get, so I don't- planning to purchase one this weekend from Harbor Freight. Want to get the hands free holder too, since I have a history of burning myself, I figure I need every advantage!
