There is little that compares to a 306 and cannon drip tip, truely. It is a warmer, and in my opinion more flavorful vape, with clouds of vapor. At the right ohm, and right voltage, nothing comes close.
That's what makes variable voltage, and bottom feeding perfect for a 306. You can adjust the voltage to perfection, and never let it get dry with the feed.
I never had luck with attys until I won a HH.357 ($22 atty). That thing is awesome. I don't get that burnt juice taste anymore. I still use cartos for most everything, but can now test flavors! Great hit, great vapor. It is 1.5 ohm.
Now, maybe, I can start using other (read cheaper) attys, like the 306.
