Soooo I broke a Provari today. Let me rephrase that.The provari is broken no no no.I dropped my Provari (on the rug) and the carto thread snapped off from the carto and is embedded in my Provari screw in thingy. So a $1.35 carto destroyed my $159.00 Provari. I'm going to ask him if he can fix it. I'm praying that he can. The provari still works I just can't put a carto or atty on it. I feel very very bad. It was my CAKE Banananana carto.

should be easy to fix with some pliers or something. You just need to work it out. Take out the battery though first.

I can't imagine that will be *too* difficult to get out...I think you'll be okay. Should just unscrew, just got be able to get something in there with enough tension that you're able to unscrew it.

try a pencil with an eraser on the end. push it down and spin it.

Needle nose pliers and/or hemostats and like Ben said, take out the battery

Ya think really? Like what kind of pliers? Maybe like jewelry pliers? Thanks for reminding me about the Batt. It is of course still in there.I feel awful. It's like my child only it doesn't make me get off of the computer when I use it. In many ways it's better than a child.

Stretchy, you're not the only one who has done this. Frankly, I'm surprised I haven't. This is an easy fix, I'm sure your husband can find a way to get it out. If you can't just send it back to ProVape, they'll have it fixed and sent back out in the same day. This is NOT a tragedy, just a minor setback!

Actually It didn't break off.It just left the thread of it inside the screw thingy on the Provari. So when I look at it.It seems to be O.K. but when I try to put a carto in it.It won't fit because the carto screwy thing from the last carto is still in ther.What I have is a carto screw already threaded into the provari without a carto attached.

you just need to get something in there to unthread it. A paperclip, or something small and somewhat pointy. and then just work it out counterclockwise.
