That's all my ex watched for a month after her surgery. Unk watches it all day. My aunt and her husband were both glued to it after they had surgery.

If you've been in the hospital for any period of time (and forced to eat only their food) it is probably a great thing to view to remind yourself that food with taste actually does really exist and you might be able to eat some of it again someday!!!

I got down to 170 at my lowest which put me at -108. I'm around 185 now and would prefer to be about 140 I'm only 5'2" so at 185 I'm still considered obese oh and on the 28th of this month, I will be 4 years out

I do want to put myself back on a liquid diet for a week to "reset" my pouch and also want to quit fast food altogether. That's the hardest part.
