Wow. That sucketh more than what we just went through. The good news is that my freshly painted family room is the cave I imagined it would be. The bad news is that my freshly painted family room is the cave Lenny imagined it would be.
Fortunately for me he will never want to repaint it. The other news is... Wow, this place is REALLY dark! It's really going to be a cave once the carpet gets here.
I don't see a problem with the cave atmosphere. I think it sounds awesome. But as we know, I am weird like that too...

Next week. The 24th. I do rather like it, I think Lenny just needs to get used to it. I had to replace all the 75 watt light bulbs with 100 watt bulbs so it's actually bright enough when we do need to see. We now have 1700 watts of light in here.
