*giggling* about the car keys. I've been there. Mine was skipping school, bad grades, just being a 15 yr old pita. I bought a '69 Cutlass 442 and parked it in the driveway. If he brought his grades back up to A's, and started being a nice guy, it was his car. He did it. It was torture for him until report cards so that he could prove it, but it did work. Bribery is an amazing thing.

I'm glad it worked. I can't use grades - he has a 4.3! He is generally a great kid, he just hates cleaning (and who doesn't). I set the bar rather high because I like a clean house.

I received my order today. Coffee and choco ice cream, plus the cartos for the tank. Should I let the coffee & ice cream steep? Waiting for hubby to come home and try the screwdriver and nail for the carto. Dummy me thought I was so smart and bought 3 pre-punched cartos (cheap cheap cheap) that said they fit the tank I bought - but NOOOOO, they have a ridge on the bottom of the carto. I topped of my house blend with the vanilla sample (thank you) I received today - and that made a huge difference for me....my new mix!

Janie, the ice cream needs to steep.
If you have the smoktech dual coil cartos, the Xl ones will fit the tank. The ridge on the bottom of the carto should fit an indented part on one end of the tank.
I don't have one here or I would post a pic. Sorry.

Just got back from our All Star team's practice. It feels really weird seeing talent on a team I'm coaching! Well, assistant coaching. But still. It was nice seeing more throws being caught than hitting the ground.

I need to go put my sandwiches together for tomorrow. And get my uniform put together... Im too tired... But if I dont do it now, I have to do it in the morning. And I need to leave here before 6 to be at the track by 7. At least Ill be home "early" around 9pm.

I think this picture says it all. There are thousands of men and women who have given the ultimate sacrifice so we can enjoy the freedoms we have come to take for granted. To those who have ever served and will serve in the future, there are too many people in this country that will never say Thank You. They tend to forget how they gained the freedoms they have. But you will never be forgotten.
