I can't complain. I woke up so it's a good day. 
I have NO motivation though. ugh. Two days of cold and damp in a row again. Where the heck is summer? Send some of that Texas heat up here please. I'll send you the rain.

Morning posse. Why would anyone schedule a dance recital rehearsal at 1 in the afternoon on weekday in downtown baton rouge where there is no parking?

Last night, I woke up to a very painful toe. When I woke up this morning, I could hardly walk and it was all swollen and nasty lookin'. For the first time in two years, I went to the doctor (Urgent Care). I wont go into details to spare FV's thread, so I will say it hurts like heck and I now have some meds. If it doesnt get better by next week, I will need a minor yet painful surgery which would take me out of work for a week.

My mom is on her way. She will be here tomorrow and I have a ton of stuff to do. So, what am I doing right now? Not a dang thing except sitting here thinking about how much stuff I have to do :facepam:
What is it about mothers that make people lose their minds? It's not like she is gonna whip me or something. My house is by no means "dirty". I keep it pretty nice, but when she is coming I am wiping down all the baseboards and scrubbing places she won't even know I scrubbed. *sigh* Blech, I hate it lol.

Has anyone else that has the Cheesecake tried it with Blueberry yet? It is so flippin good, seriously. You need it.

Cheesecake and Blueberry is awesome, I tried it right away when you mentioned it. I don't know if I will have it as an option or leave it the same as the Cake. I'll have to see how much extra mixing it would cause to see if I can keep up. Getting old and slow here....

Bliss, I clean like a mad woman before my MIL comes - when we first got married my husband told me she would wipe her fingers over the top of picture frames to make sure there was no dust, 24 years latter, I still fear the dust finger LOL.
Hot began yesterday - the car showed 100*, todays forecast is for 99*, tomorrow 100* and blech! This is how it is in the valley in the summer, all sunshine, blue skies and no rain Thankfully no humidity!
Enjoying time with my daughter! Today is my son's last day of 10th grade! My baby is growing up too fast.
I have zero motivation right now.

My mom actually threatened me last time she visited. She saw that we had dusted and said the next time it looked like we dusted because she was coming over, she would make sure to not bring the Camaro. I havent cleaned for her arrival yet!
I dont worry about my inlaws either. MIL is a hoarder. Not as bad as what you see on the show, but she is one. Even at its worst, our house is tidier than hers.Morning posse!

With my oldest moving up to 4th, my middle moving to Kindergarden, my youngest going into Pre-K next year.... I swear all of them fit into my arms with room to spare last week....
I'm going to stalk the Provari today and see what the sale price is. If I choose to buy it, what else will I need to buy? It doesn't look like it comes with a kit and you need to buy a charger, extra battery ----- what else. I need to calculate.
I wish that were true...seriously, my mom is one of "those people". I adore her and she is very good to me, just to be clear, but the woman is a nut job. She didn't used to be but gradually over the years, something happened to the dear woman.
I am going to show you something, my mother's house. My stepfather built the place, we call it "The Dirt", because it started out as a pile of dirt. But anyway, Michael (SD) builds custom homes for a living and he built The Dirt with the sole intention of selling it and then building a more modest home for he and my mom. It's back up for sale, but the way it appears inside is exactly how clean it is all the time. Not just for photos. When we go visit we are always on edge because we want to make sure we don't make a mess anywhere.
