The Copper is a unique mod as it has no electrical components other that the batteries and atomizer. I got mine today and am very impressed with it! it is small and don't need to worry about braking this baby :) out of all the vaping mods I have this is one I know I can rely on no matter what, and the price is GREAT!! Im not a review type person but need to give the word about the Copper. It has got to be one of the best if not the best vaper machine's The vapor production is awesome!! and it's shiny too ;)

Its definitely Worth checking out!

56 dollars for plumbing fittings? No batteries, no charger, no atomizer...no thanks

plumbing fittings, flashlight parts, breakable Plastic housing, Yeah I think I will go with The Copper too :) its rugged a 6V and way less expensive " Not that I don't have other Vapes that cost way more and work wonderful" ;) There is no way I could make something like this and to have the piece of mind that it will ALWAYS be around! and have my back when all my other vaper machine's have gone on the fritz, Yeah well worth the little price he is asking for it.:)

Sorry, but am I missing something here? What other 'electrical components' are there in any e-cig?:confused::confused:

Hi Angela, I dunno that is what is said on the website and sounded very good to me, I hope he comes on here to answer you and others questions, I gave the review because (1) I had the battery's just laying around the house and any drug store sales them, so no waiting on the mail to arrive for battery's in a pinch, although you should use the rechargeable ones to save $. (2) This is the most indestructibly vapor (e-Cig) I have ever seen, I don't see this ever getting broke, and Rick said on his website that he even dropped it in a bucket of water and it still kept working. I have had it for a few days now and don't have to fiddle with it to keep it going, just fill the cart and get tuns of vapor. The battery's fit perfect no rattling around and loosing contact so yeah I am very pleased with it.

Either an auto or manual switch. This one does not have a switch. Instead it looks like there is a spring under the atomizer adapter that you push in as your dragging on it. When pushed in the atomizer positive end contacts the top of the battery closing the circuit. Simple and effective. Should work the same as a Prodigy at half the price and no switch to fail. He could do it cheaper though. Those brass fittings are probably .50-.75 cents each. The only thing he had to come up with is the adapter for the atomizer and the spring.

Hmmm, my mod, my site.
So...what shall I say, probably best to say nothing but here goes.
First, to the 2 positve posts: thanks very much for you positive reviews. I truly appreciate it.

Listen, I'm just a smuck turning wrenches at a Toyota dealer, just trying to make a couple of bucks.
I started making mods just for my personal use and posted them in the modders section.
The Copper (not "The Brass", sorry about the technicality there) got some great comments from people here.
The reason I decided to sell it was because of people suggesting I should sell it.

Funny how 2 people here that HAVE the unit give it good reviews, the rest that do NOT have the unit bash it.
Price: parts alone cost 15-20 bucks, time to build it about 2 hours. $56.00 is not excessive. Why don't you buy a "flashlight" for $160.00 instead.

Name: Funny...a flashlight called the "Screwdriver". You better start bashing his stuff too, and the Nico"stick" (it's a box!), and the GG (what the hell is that?) and so on.

Marketing: Dang, wish I had 10-20-30 grand to market this correctly. Can I borrow some?

Please, let me see some of YOUR mods so I can give my "mature" opinion.

Oh, I won't respond to flaming...I'm done with this post.

Oi! Do you mind! Several posts on here (other tha the two 'positive' ones you mention) were not 'bashing'.... just merely asking a question / answering said question.

Doh, sorry Angela. I was actually thinking of that after I posted. (should've edited the post)

And Houdini is correct. However, the brass parts run about $14.00.

Yes, I can probably find them cheaper if I look around.

Your choice...56 bucks is very expensive for 3 pieces of brass bought off the shelf at home depot for 4 bucks.

Rick, Its a very good mod and the price is very good given parts and time to put it together
I think most are just interested in it, it is simple that's what makes it so appealing no parts to break down. and the cr2 battery's were like made for it such a good fit.. I'm a very happy owner and I'm sure you will have many more happy owners :)

I'll respond to this.

I'm "average user". I don't have the tools or the know-how or the TIME to do the research because I've got a family/job/commute/obligation/koala-infestation. I'm not going to spend the cash on the saw/soldering iron/solder/wires/adapters/switchs/etc, but I would HAVE to buy all that crap on top of the 15-20 dollars in parts to put together this mod ASSUMING I did it right the first time and didn't mess anything up, ASSUMING I had the time to devote to research when I just want something that works.

56 bucks is only expensive if your time has no value, and you already have all the supplies needed to build your own mod. I've spent way more on the tools and supplies to build my own mods then the cost of a Prodigy.

I'm going to place an order for the Copper now. Thanks for the positive reviews. I can't wait to try out this atomizer.
