I sent mine international letter also on the 18th and it is "delivered" on the 25th 11am ish. I sent him an email yesterday to confirm it was delivered, but I doubt I will get a response before Monday.

Hmmm, I got an email earlier, It said he tested the Crown and it was indeed broken. NOw this is the odd thing, he said the curcuits were smashed down like the unit was crushed? Its really odd, they are solidly built things. I really dont know how they could get crushed. Maybe the batteries were dropped down on top so hard it crushed it? I dont think its possible to smash it with a battery. Did it get stepped on? NOt by me nor do I think the previous owner did.

Oh well , he said he should have it in the mail Mon.

I heard from a good source that a big shipment is on its way to Super-T. It just has to be packaged. But Shhhh, dont tell anyone:)

Update on the the Crown sent to me by John Pinkney of Artisan:

Priscilla,

It is possible to crush the Crown if you put it in a telescoping mod (one with
no spring), and then screw the mod
down really really tight. 'Course you could step on it too, but that's a little
less likely.

Just FYI, I have had exactly 4 Crowns returned so far, and that's after sending
out about 700 units.

And two of those were the very first version 1.0's.

John.

I thought Id share that, even though the Crown looks so sturdy, I guess we can get a bit over zealous tightening things down. I dont know if I did that but I guess it could be possible , especially since I tend to assume Im on the weak side. Those of you with good strength and good hands might be more likely to crush thiers. So be gentle.
