The batteries in our Darwins are LiPo (Lithium Polymer), which have the same charging characteristics of Li-Ion.
So basically, the less you see the angry battery on the screen the better. And for those running it 2 days between charges, you'd be better off charging it nightly.

Yes SK and the Vari actually makes me want to install a cellphone buzzer in it. I have stated before we could call it the "Vape and Play". It would come with various colored and textured silicone sleaves and vibe modes. Definately would require the 18650 batt for the extended sessions. Onward to the gutter fellow Darwinians!!!!

Great information (love LifeHacker), Al. At night it's just a habit - as some others have said - to plug in the Darwin at same time as the cell phone.
