I would imagine they do, but you've already said in this thread you've sent it back 5 times, so you would know that already, plus you then tried to list this in the classies this am.

I suspect there is more to this story, just sayin

Sounds a bit off to me too. If someone can break an authentic Darwin 5 times in this short amount of time they are either super exceptionally clumsy to the extent they THROW the thing around as hard as they can, subject it to super extreme conditions, etc...TRYING to break it. If the arm spun 360 Degrees, I'd suspect that someone took it apart and either modified it or left out pieces when putting it back together? I don't think a unit would get shipped that way unless it is a counterfeit, was purchased used (not from an official dealer), or otherwise disclosed up front that it is somehow different from the others (prototype or scratch & dent/blemished inventory).

nHaler does a pretty good job of inspecting things before it gets boxed and shipped.
