Ive had nothing but problema with mine had to send it back 5 times they seem to last about 3 months works awesome when new but slowly starts to go out of wack I think replaceable batteries would have worked out better for this one. Dont get me wrong it hits like a dream but I nasicly ordered a provari to replace

At first I believe there was a few problems but I have not had anything happen in a LONG time. Like you that is the first time I have heard of anyone having to get it replaced that much.

Does it matter if you bought the darwin will they fix it or if someone sold u one used is it still coveted like do they record the serials of whos allowed warrenties or when warenty is expired etc
I believe the warranty is transferrable. You should probably check with Evolv to find out for sure. Good luck!
I would imagine they do, but you've already said in this thread you've sent it back 5 times, so you would know that already, plus you then tried to list this in the classies this am.

Sounds a bit off to me too. If someone can break an authentic Darwin 5 times in this short amount of time they are either super exceptionally clumsy to the extent they THROW the thing around as hard as they can, subject it to super extreme conditions, etc...TRYING to break it. If the arm spun 360 Degrees, I'd suspect that someone took it apart and either modified it or left out pieces when putting it back together? I don't think a unit would get shipped that way unless it is a counterfeit, was purchased used (not from an official dealer), or otherwise disclosed up front that it is somehow different from the others (prototype or scratch & dent/blemished inventory).
nHaler does a pretty good job of inspecting things before it gets boxed and shipped.
ProVari's actually aren't more popular. I think the Darwin and ProVari are about the same on the popularity level.
