I just wanted to share a fantastic experience with you Darwin lovers.

My Darwin died on me about a week ago. I had been one of the earlier Darwin customers, so my unit may have been one of the early-adopter models. Prior to completely failing on me, my Darwin charger broke for no apparent reason. I contacted Evolv and Brandon promptly replaced the charger at no cost. Few days later, the new charger once again failed on me. At this point, I chose to use one of my other chargers lying around (one from Garmin) that had the same volt/amp output. Then at some point, my Darwin unit simply stopped working.

Being that my Darwin was still under warranty, I contacted Brandon/Evolv again to see if I could get the unit serviced. Brandon replied asking me to send in the unit since he felt that the motherboard may be defective.

Less than a week after I sent in the device, they sent back a brand-spanking-new Darwin (at least it seemed new to me). Best part about it was that it was better than my original unit which had some issues with connector thread (one of the known issues for early Darwin models). Now my attys fit perfectly and my juices never tasted better.

It's so refreshing to experience this type of superb customer service. I loved Darwin before and now I'm a fan for life.

That sounds good, ime! I've still got two days before I have to be back at work, so plenty of time to drive down and swipe some  I'm sure by the time I get there I'll have digested enough to have room :p

so im slow cooking the ground beef, with fresh grated garlic and oncion, red pepper powder, peprika, tumeric, took a habenero and a jalepeno and pierced them all over and threw them in to soak with the meat juice... omg the house smells delicious, next will be some water, lea and perrins and about 1cup of hot sauce and let everything boil for an hour

Hey, it happens, every once in a while something gets your dander up and it's hard not respond. I just try to spin it, so that their response isn't the last one when someone is going through the new posts. I'm good at things like this......could it become a full time job for me.........prolly not, but I'm looking for one..........;)

That guy is a trip.........but, looking at it from the outside..(before I bought a Darwin) it was brought to light that he could have sent it in for repair and that he was offered him money back, it doesn't take much to see this guy is full of it! Hey it could have been a lemon but this guy just wants to complain over and over....the shame is that some people when looking to shell out $245 they are looking for reasons NOT to buy and that is a SHAME :(
