KJ... love your avi!!

I have a Reactor on one and a Rebuildable on the other. Both still going strong, although I think I am way past due on sending them in for new battery replacement. Have those who've owned their Darwins from the beginning sent them in for a new battery yet?

Hi andel!! I have had my sweet D'win for well over a year and one half, and yes, I've had the batt changed out. It prolly wasn't a necessity but it's good to know it's new(er).

*waving* to you, Drew-ster. :)

Sealed stealth 510, 901, 801 adapters are where it's at....

Sorry, meant 510 sealed connector w/drip shield, sealed 901 stealth connector w/drip shield, and 801/302 stealth sealed connectors. I just like the latter and they last forever seems like. If you've got a Joye/Janty stick laying around, try it (the 302) out on a real voltage output and see the clouds.

Have had mine almost 2 yrs (March '11) and haven't sent it in for a battery replacement yet, although it is due for one. I'm going to wait until I get a decent back-up unit (the Darwin has spoiled me!). The one I'm eyeing has a long lead time. Should've bought the Opus like I had originally planned !
