Tough to type Krisb when you have a Darwin in one hand and the Vari in the other. I will even admit I have hit them both at the same time w/the D at 9w and the vari at 4.4V. Wow what a cloud. The Darwin is really nice and is suprisigly comfortable in hand.

Before anyone asks... That holster is an Ultrafire mini flashlight holster I had laying around. I glanced at it and thought "hmmmmmm". Tried it out, and it fits the Darwin perfectly- protects the screen, prevents accidentally moving the adjustment wheel, and I can still push the button thru it. Added a carabiner to it and I can just clip it to a belt loop to carry with me.
I want one of those

Nah not cheating as cuseguy stated they both have a spot in the daily vape cycle. Both really awesome MODs and if something happened to them I would definately replace ASAP

My charger is unfortunately DOA. My resident engineer would like to know what specs are ok for an alternate charger ie current and voltage limits for the installed battery and regulator. Thanks!

Lol, my DH was awe struck that I attached "just any" replacement charger to my darwin. So he asked that last question.
Hmmm, how long does it usually take to get your hands on a provari? Might have to wait a bit...but sounds like that may be my next mod purchase. Unless something new comes up between now n then.

USPS - The real story - If vendors posted this information just prior or at the time of group shipments they could reduce the anxiety level of the buyers that certainly have an incorrect expectation.
Tracking does not necessarily mean - show you each route hop the item makes before it gets to your door or it's destination. Tracking in the sense (USPS) means it was tracked to the door of the recipient but you as the sender or recipient cannot see the all of the middle points of delivery. The low price priority service DOES NOT have REAL TIME tracking!
If you want step-by-step tracking in quasi-real-time ala FedEX or UPS, then one must foot the bill for Express Mail. Otherwise all you are paying for is CONFIRMATION of delivery, hence the name of the service printed on the pretty little slip.
Proper expectation = I see the vendor shipped my order & I see USPS delivered my order (did I get it or somebody nabbed it from my door)

Krisb, I am not an electrician and don't play one on TV but as far as I know, everything that was made after 2007 and is USB compatible must be the same, which is 5.25v, 1500mah and a max of 1.8a. So basically if it is new and has a USB plug or port, then you cant blow it up! An electrician did tell me that!
Ren, I had three shipment from three diff. Vendors mail out using usps the same day. Two of the three gave me updates when it was scanned at diff. Hubs, only one didn't and they all used the same cheap shipping option

Correct it is hit or miss with the scanning process. For me I have been getting 2 to 3 packages a week for over 7 months now and I do not watch the tracking. I look to see when it shipped and then wait for the cool suprises to show up in my mailbox. Ok except for this weeks shipment of the Darwin I did check twice to see if it had updated!!!! It didn't.
Figures I am on a flight to Frankfurt Wed, Then to Amsterdam Friday, Helsinki on Monday, Then to London. Won't be home till the 25th. That sucks I was so looking forward to a little vape fest!!!!! Please keep me posted on your next visit. BTW are you anywhere near Cleveland?? There is a possibility that I may have to be there in around May.
