Drew, will you or will you not send out individual notices when the Darwin is available?

Timato indicates that there is some sort of list of people that will be notified when it is someone's turn to order? To me this indicates that there is some sort of list that you are keeping. What can be accomplished by being on this list and is there special privileges to being on this list?

vaping a naked CE2 carto (no adapter or 510-510 extender) on my replacement Darwin. Really not much of a problem getting it seated in there and this arm seems more stable, up or down, with or without an atty or carto. I'm working right now but will pop back in soon to see how everyone's doing.

Still working out juice favourites; tobacco-esque is a pretty easy choice, but the longer I vape the more I move towards something different.

Do you have any flavours you have "rediscovered" on the Darwin?

Unfortunately, I've crept back toward the spicy vape - clove and cinnamon, especially Fire & Ice. I try not to even look at these because I worry they're going to eat a hole through my body and ruin a hand knit sweater someday but they're so good I'm so weak! Other than that I'm still hooked on bubble gum, Creamberry, and my usual cigar + menthol. I keep trying to like some coffee vapes but, eh, would rather drink the stuff.

And, I'm fighting a craving for RY4 simply because...RY4?? What's up with that?

Edit to add: Loving this Darwin. It's as if it never left my hands!

I love the Fire & Ice with this Darwin, WOW. I have also mixed it with some Menthol for another taste that brings a cool Icy flavor to my Menthol. Clove? Hmmmmmm, I was never really a clove person( still have a bottle sitting in the backshelve), so you are mixing that with cinnamon. Hestitate about trying that clove, did once before and the taste stayed in my atomizer forever, but sounds like you are enjoying it. Is the jc you are smoking a combination of clove and cinnamon or are you mixing. I am in Love with my Darwin, and I have been negelecting my other PV but I can't put this thing down.

Now I need to see these ClearCartomizers Drew has brought back because I am running low on some of my fav Jc-Plain Tobacco and a few others. I am going to need to order these real soon.

I tried mixing my own Fire & Ice but the actual is so much better. I can't figure out what it is that's different but on the Darwin its addicting! The clove I like best, Andel, is Kretek . As it mellows it loses its 'grit' and that's when I add menthol (1 oz to 2 oz Kretek). It feels (and smells a little) illegal because its smokey and complex. I can't hang with that all day long though and, for sure, an atty has to be dedicated to it because it doesn't ever want to go away! I used to vape clove (the spice) flavored juice mixed with menthol when I first quit analogs. It was nostril flaring enough to distract me through the worst of withdrawal. I keep it around but doubt I'll be using it again.

If I keep the Darwin set at between 8.3 or 8.5 I've reached heaven with either the Kretek or the F&I. Matter of fact, that's where I keep it for just about everything. I've yet to crank it up to 10 except to experiment.

Edit to add: One thing I'm doing different this time is screwing the 510-510 extender to the tank and not into the atty connector first. I take the tank and extender off as one piece. Last time I left it in there and I think the threading got confused. I don't even know if that's possible but, hey, it makes sense to me and that's what's important.

OK Thanks, I think I will leave the clove in the back shelf. I have the Fire& Ice too, and months ago when I got a sample of this I fell in love. Haven't tried the tank yet, I am thinking about it but I don't like dedicating too much of my jc at a time. The Darwin on anywhere from 7.5-9.5 depending on what I am using is where my settings usually end up.

I may be wrong, but I think they are no sig on front. I was one of the few that got a sig and old style back which I think was done nicer.

AS far as I know they will not have the sig in these...Also just posted about the clear carts in another thread...Here a copy of that post...
"I am stilll testing these clear carts...Im about 75% sure they are NOT ready...The main thing is they are difficult for the end user to fill without making them leak either while assembling or shortly after...Im thinking Im going to have to wait for a revised tip that will allow and easier fill... I will be doing a video tommorow and possibly releasing a limited number to get a better feel for them. I personally really like them on the Darwin but not sure I would want to deliver them to someone that has a hard time tinkering with things...Im mailing some to a couple cartomizer experts for further opinions also...I will definatley keep folks posted. Thanks

I'm vaping a MAP Mini right now without any extender. Fantastic-o! The arm can't go anywhere, of course, but I got a nice charge on overnight so I'm not worried.

I just canceled the order for my Darwin back-up. Frankly, I just don't want to lay in a stock of batteries or buy a plastic device modded from something else. I also don't want to have to know atty ohms before I screw them into a device. This means I'm swinging without a net (other than my current stash of PVs) until enough folks get their hands on Darwins and I can buy a second one as a spare. Guilt - not good citizenship - prevents me from elbowing the next crowd moving toward the latest batch. Can't guarantee I won't be there pushing ahead of you for the fourth though!

Granted, I could wake up in the middle of the night tonight and rush through a checkout for a back-up but the idea of more batteries or a plastic mod just turns me off. I trust that I'll be okay with the Darwin.

A list, but no list and "...should be enough..." sounds rather fishy especially in light of other suppliers that I have dealt with that have been open and honest. Please also understand that I am speaking from not only the standpoint of a new future customer but also someone who has noticed some of the politics that go on here. I would think that a public supplier, such as yourself, would appreciate a hundred happy new customers that would send business your way. Where I live pvs are not even really known about, so the market here is wide open and you combine that with the fact that we have a huge medical community that really frowns upon smokers...well, I think you get the idea.

Drew is one of the most forthright and honest vendors in the industry and no matter what anyone thinks there is no secret "list" or anything like it. I know you guys want the device but let's show a little respect here. Drew is a vaper who cares about vapers and you can trust he is doing everything in his power to get the product out to those who want it. Just be patient and I'm sure it won't be long.

I was one of those who was on the previous list but did not order one when my number came up...

A family emergency occurred, and my Darwin fund was given to American Airlines for a last minute plane ticket.

I'm totally ok with waiting, but I do hope there is a heads up with when the ordering timeframe will occur.

I'm so looking forward to my Darwin! I've waited for so long and knowing that I could have had one in my hands by now pains me terribly, but such is life. My back luck allowed someone else to have theirs faster, at least.
