Anne,

I'm sorry if you thought my post was unfair, but if you took the time to read enough of the posts in this thread, it was more than clear what Drew was talking about. No one else that I have seen saw anything fishy about it.

There was never mention of an unofficial list, not in ANY way. Before calling anyone fishy, maybe you should have nicely asked for clarification. He clearly stated that there would be NO list procedure for this upcoming batch. He mentioned there were a couple people that got unfairly bumped from their order last time that he was giving first dibs on a Darwin this time. He was actually trying to be FAIR to a couple customers. Do you really think he would publicly announce that he was keeping a few aside for his favorite people?

There is nothing wrong with making a mistake, as long as you're big enough to admit one was made.

Edit: The lists that you saw earlier on mentioned were simply when the first batch was close to being released, he had people put their names on a list and then they were offered the Darwins when they became available. Unfortunately, when the website said they were in stock, some people were unaware that there was a list procedure in place and placed orders through the website. When this happened, there were not enough Darwins available to satisfy the official orders (from the list) and the website orders. Thus the confusion. The recent mention of a couple people getting first dibs were the people on the official list last time that got bumped that he is making it up to them.

Anne,

I too hope we don't have to get in a spat over how one person interprets what has been posted. I agree with what Krisb has posted. That is how I read Drews post. So lets hope that you get in on the next batch and we will all be happy and praising our purchase of the Darwin. Good luck.

One of Drew's recent posts stated that there should be enough this time for all of us... that puts a smile on my face indeed :) I'm guessing he means at least all of us stalking this thread.

I have my Nhaler account set up and the Darwin bookmarked for go time. Does anyone know if Nhaler offers an overnight shipping option?

I, too, hope that we don't. I just know that I am not the only one who has noticed what I have mentioned, however, I refuse to mention any names. If they wish, they can pipe up and state what they have noticed as well. Either way, assuming I am wrong, I am ready to post it.

I know UPS has delivered to my house several times when I've ordered from Amazon.

Between my new MAP and the Darwin... :)

I may be wrong but I don't think Drew offers any other shipping options on it and shipping was included in the price. I find USPS Priority way faster than most other methods and I rarely have any packages dinged up at all. I've used both UPS and FedEX with Saturday delivery at work, but that is usually just a few sheets of paper or files. I do know it gets mighty costly to send anything heavier than a letter via overnight with the weekend delivery option though.

I should be fine since I am not leaving till Friday AM next week :) A YE YE! BRING OUT THE DARWINS! On a side note, do you think Drew smiles when he looks at the giant stack of completed darwins ready to send out? I think something like that would mesmerize me. What a fun business selling vape stuff would be (minus the headaches of course that go with any business).

In preparation for ultimate Darwin bliss, what have you guys found to be the best atty/tank/adapter to stick on the end of that sexy rotating arm? I have some ego-t stuff, cisco 1.5, boge 2 and 3 ohm cartos, ce2 2.6 ohm, and some joye 2 and standard atomizers. Anything else I should purchase? I love the simplicity of the ego-t, but the flavor is a tad lacking.

The Darwin has made my KR 808 cartos seem like nirvana.....been using them for almost 2 years now and have never had them put out throat hit or vapor like they do on my Darwin.

Now I had not thought of that one. Thanks for bringing it up, although I do have my wallet close at hand.)

If I can only find it amongst all my college algebra stuff.......

Anne

I'm on Darwin watch today as hubby is working and I'm mostly at my desk all day. Logged in, practicing putting in my CC number, expiration date and verification code.

Good luck to everyone and please don't step on my new shoes :)

Put the CC number in a txt notepad doc, then simply copy & paste it. The exp date and security should be easy to remember. So then it would simply be copy/paste the cc, type in exp date and code. Should take about 5 seconds total :)
