Lowboy, aquarium sealant...that makes sense since one has to be ultra careful about any type of toxic anything seeping into the water of a fish tank. Where'd you put that sealant exactly?
Take the adapter and turn it upside down,the end that screws into the Darwin.
Take the tube of sealant and place it tight against the adapter and squeeze gentle.
When you see it start to come thru the center hole stop squeezing.
That a small dab on you finger and force some in the it in the other side, where the addy screws on. Take a paper towel and wipe excess off the Darwin side and then wipe the excess out of the addy side. I then put it on the Darwin. I did not tighten it good yet. I then put a bad clearo to make sure threads was claen then I put a good one on it and tested it. If the good ??? works I tighten it down real good with a screwdriver or what ever you choose. I leave it on for a day to ensure it set up and dried. You probably don't have too.
Whalaa it is sealed and no juice in Darwin cup.

This would be the first thing I would do if I just got my Darwin.
