I am here. Just had a little business to take care of. Been a rough couple of days. Got a new cell phone on Tuesday. By Wednesday night the touch screen was not working for the bottom 4 options (the important ones). By Friday morning even the slide out keyboard was being a PITA. So spent 2 hours with some poor Sprint rep in one of my local stores explaining that I was NOT going to leave it for repair and that she needed to go into the back and get me a brand new one and activate it. I am quite sure that particular rep hopes to never have to deal with me again. On the bright side, I got a brand new fully functioning replacement along with a cover and screen protector (which she installed) and a $15 credit on my bill to cover my fuel for having to go into the store for a replacement. Once again, my Darwins and I are happy campers.
