Evening, Darwin fam. Hope there'll be pics of the Cali meet!

Got my mod in and the Nhaler dual coils, making this one happy vape mail day. Have some of the clear duals already and find it a lil disturbing to watch the juicy fill change color over time so I'm thinkin' these will be my choice. The 2ohm are the ones I'm going to try on the Darwin tomorrow with my all-day vape. I gotta admit..I'm a little nervous about them shorting out something...

I keep itchin' to try some of those as well. Am I nuts? Cuz I already have boxes of CE2 and Vortex and other stuff that I'm loving on Darwin. Oh well...let us know how it goes?

Also I'm curious about something. My stash of stuff was matched up for eGo use...so alot of it is from 1.8 to 2.5ish in resistance. What are the advantages to gravitating towards the 3.5 to 5 Ohm HV stuff?

Thanks

Hi SK! One thing about the Dual-Coils is that they are very durable and have not given me any warning signs of shorts or anything funky and I've now run 5 of them through a pretty long lifespan. Haven't tried the 2 ohm version yet though. I also got an Nhaler package today with the new Darwin large case and it fits amazing. Drew did a great job finding these for us.

Thanks, Cuse! Do they still shorten battery life? Gonna go for it since they work so well for you. On my mechanicals these dual coils are little vape stacks so I know the Darwin is going to love 'em.

I'd pull the trigger on a case but Mum's Day is Sunday and how can I pout about needing a gift if I keep getting these damn vape packages?

Will other goodies fit in the large case w/Darwin? Can you keep Darwin in the holster and vape without having to pull it out?
The price is right on those holsters :) Not a bad deal at all.

I found something around the house that holds it pretty well if I leave the arm/carto up...I can press the button through the material without pulling Darwin out of the case, but it's a tight fit...I can't close the arm down all the way, and no space for an extra carto or anything.

Well you are the one person who is capable of making your own Darwin case if anyone can! I imagine the 2.0 will naturally minimize the battery drain, but even so. I can live with a little less battery life for something that works well. SK...still haven't seen your new wooden one. No pic...didn't happen!

Speaking of cases, I'm one. Ok, I must admit this to you. My D'win stays home. Yep, it's grounded to my desk. I actually do have a case for it (a leopard make up bag... stop laughing, boys), so maybe, just maybe, one of these nites, I'll take him for a stroll out of doors.

SK, you will be fine using the duals. As CG, I've had no probs with them at all.

Two serious notes, maybe 3:

The Darwin on the classies seems to have sold (so we may have a new family member soon).

A video from a college paper a student put together, called The War on Electronic Cigarettes. YouTube - The War on Electronic Cigarettes

An upcoming patent on VV manufactured PVs. "It is not enforceable until it issues , we will however offer licensing to the other manufacturers regarding VV designs , we are working on an early licensing contract that will provide a discount to companies that sign up early."

There is and will surely be a lot of fall out over this one!

Um...excuse me, sir, but did you show me your dolly? I'm too tired to swipe off this desk or to walk to a clear space. Will take an updated group photo tomorrow. In a way I don't know what I was thinking...I like a mod I can toss in my purse and not worry about. This really does remind me of fine furniture. Oh well, it'll still be beautiful with a little premature antiquing, I'm sure.
