Yup... just remove part of the wick. The problem with the wick is that the vapor has to go thru it... so it blocks flavor/vapor. But the wick through the coil gets saturated w/ juice to vape, so it serves a pretty crucial purpose. Figured this out throught experience... ruined a few before I figured it out!

Only other thing I do is (if a non-cisco) rinse with hot water, blow it out, rinse again, blow it out (thoroughly, you get the idea)... to get rid of the primer. That stuff is gross! Then, let it sit overnight to dry (on a fan if you can) or, if you need it immediately, aim a blow dryer down the atty for 8-10 minutes... then it's perfectly dry and ready to go

Alight Guys -

I need a 510 to 510 L type addapter. actually 2 of them. Im trying to get the arm away from the darwin so it can still fold in with bigger Carts/Tanks on it. Anyone have any ideas?

I have a 510 to 510 adapter on my Darwin AND a all black 3 inch gooseneck and I never take it off,, because when the arm is down and the darwin is off, I just bend the gooseneck and my atty/tank whatever is away from the darwin, works very well in my opinion

You can do it... I promise!! Just pry it out and cut it (I use a razor blade)...

Then rinse it and you're good to go...

PS... people think a dry hit is burning wick, but you cant burn that wick... it's silica rope... if you get burned-tasting hits, you're inhaling metal... or your wattage is too high and you're inhaling combusted e-juice!

Yeh, play around a bit and see what you like. Some people dont de-wick at all and dont have problems... but then again, some people throw atties away after a month, too : ) lol

I do the same thing, only my goose is like 6". Works like a charm! On or off, there's no chance of spilling or leaking anywhere the Darwin!

Right after I read this I had the idea to check if the 510-510 adapter was back in stock and it is. I guess that makes us even I will be at 2 orders now.

Ah, who am I kidding, I just got a Boge Rev 2.x today. It's cute, I need a backup, it was cheap. It has batts/charger/5 cartos, thx Drew.

It is my first bottom feeder. So far, I like the Liquinator thing on it until I get the hang of squonking it properly. It is kinda fun to blow vape rings out of the drip tip, though. Back down to vaping 8ml, so I don't OD.

Got one close to two weeks ago as well.

Just drained my first 10ml through the feeder on a 1.7 Ohm 510 atty (and half that again without using the feeder).

I haven't messed with trying to feed cartos, but with the atty and an all PG liquid it has worked really well for me. I'd just flip it upside down, give the bottle a squeeze, and hold it 4 or 5 seconds, flip it, and vape on Pretty soon I'm planning to see if I can put a tube in the bottle just out of curiousity. Also itching to try one of the 801 on 510 thread atty variants at some point to see how those feed.

Great battery life on these! Even with the LR atties.
