Just had to chime in on this.....I noticed a drop in battery life recently and monitored it for a while. My thought was that there was a possibility that one of the cells may be weak, causing reduced battery life. I am still monitoring this now and should I notice a further degradation, I will just send it in to be checked. There is no better customer service available anywhere than provided to Darwin owners.

I agree NB, it was not my intention to be an alarmist. This is a very unlikely scenario, I simply mention it because I want people to take a sudden drop of battery performance seriously enough to contact Evolv, rather than just instantly chalking it up to battery wear and tear. It is entirely possible that the Darwin has a way of detecting this kind of failure.

Certainly start with the charger to see if that helps. Also, if you have recently changed vaping habits, atomizers, etc. then you could expect some changes. But if you haven't really changed anything and the batteries performance suddenly drops off then it might be a good idea to shoot Brandon an email.
