As far as LR-901 Atty's Drew has some great ones, I use his and have been for quite some time, I recommend everyone who wants an LR-901 to try his, they really are very good and put out a nice vape. They also have a black O-Ring on the bottom of them that seems to help the center pin more so then other Atty's I have used in a 901. I have to go to his website and see if he is carrying a higher resistance 510 Atty, does anyone know this ? and if so what make it is ? I like buying from the Drew man when I can because he always has good quality stuff.

Edit; I'm surprised the Drew man doesn't sell a 3 & 3.5ohm 510 Atty, I dont see one on his website, Sup with that Drew man dew ?

I've also been running Iken 4.5ohm Atty's on my Darwin with some pretty good results, however, still the 3ohm 357 and Iken 3.5ohm both rule, at least for me. I would like to see the big mug carry these though in his own custom branded Atty's priced decently, I would buy them with Drew specking them out to his own specs, I know they would be good.!

Ime5, a lot of Atty's have a + or -.2 or more difference,,,but highly QC'd ones come in pretty dead on, the Drew man in my opinion could spec out a killer Atty if he put his mind to it and wanted to for sure. Would be cool to see a special NHaler spec Atty too, a killer freaking Atty !

Doesnt the fog run on a 901 or does it take a 510 Ski, I forget, I never had one of them and I'm not sure of just how good they are, havent seen to many people using them, do you have one ? used one ? it's all good, I just think with Drews experience he could spec out a mean Atty and should have a custom NHaler branded Atty for all us Darwin folks and one that is an Azz Kicker of an Atty either way !

I think Nebs uses one doesnt he ?

MWA I have not tried one but have been reading up on them. Looks like 901 then a 510 to 901 adapter. I have always liked the 901 for some of the more delicate juices. I believe emonty has one too and said it works well if my memory serves me correctly this evening :). Really my interest is in how it seems to fit nicely on the D.

It looks a little pricey at around 34 Euros. Would most likely be in the $50 - $55 range for us unless Greece and Italy keep up their ways and drive the Euro down!!

Someone in the USA was selling these "Fogs" who I wont mention here in this thread but they stopped, I've heard good and bad. Really though I have to say out of all of these Atty type Mods, I prefer a really good 510 in a drip shield. I experimented a bit the other night and once this system is primed properly, I get 15-20 vapes out of it before I have to squeeze my bottle to refill, I was very surprised at just how many vapes I got with this. I've been using this set up for a long time now It's also the most consistent vape I have had using this system, which is a Vapemate with Drip shield, with a really good 510/901 Atty. This just runs and runs and runs for me very consistently Ski and not one drop of a leak. I also prefer an Atty all day long over a Carto, and agree with you on the 901 as well, especially for Fruit flavored liquids, Drew has some really good LR-901's if he still has them, been a while since I got any from him since last time I bought about 40 of them, so still have plenty. So for me personally I would just like to see Drew spec out a really super type Atty which I know he could do for sure with his experience. Maybe a DCA type unit for a 510 or something like it would work for me too, not sure. Maybe the Drew man could kick in something here on this ?

MWA I know of whom you speak and that Supplier is not on my short list of "goto" Vendors. I agree a kick ... nHaler atty would be tight but will jump the fence on this one and go with something in a beloved 306 style. Although i will say that a 510 DCA does sound interesting!

I also went nuts and bought boatloads of atty's back when I was a "natural born atty killer". I have since reformed my wicked ways and the damned things do not die. Hell sometimes I open one now just for the newness of it. Almost 100 atty's here and at this rate that just might be 20+ years worth! But I like you would certianly buy something specially designed for our favorite toy.

Right on Ski, probably over 300 new Atty's here in my stock so ya, uhm 20++ years worth, haha,,,, I'm not apposed to a 306 style one bit, I just left that out, maybe a 306 style in a much bigger tube with bigger internals all encapsulated in a bigger outside tube to hold extra liquid would be a winner idea too ? Either way, you and I are set for quite some time my friend with are savage stash of goods :2cool: My Atty's last for what seems to be forever too, keep'n em wet is the secret to longevity ;-)

It is a sickness I tell you MWA. I am really thinking Vaper Intervention here. I guess for me getting new MOD's, gear, DIY stuff etc keeps this hobby exciting and if that has kept me off smokes this long then let the spending and hoarding continue. Since the kids have been trained to intercept all boxes and envelopes and place them on the bar all is good and I am safe from the Gestapo!!!! Now I hope they get there tomorrow before her since another Darwin, a GLV3, Trippy Tip, Batts and some flavors all look like they are scheduled to hit the box at the same time. Hell yeah it is still exciting pawing through a pile of loot.

Holy cow, Ski. What's your secret? Mine get plugged up and a dirty coil in a week or so, and all the cleaning tips i've tried so far have had marginal results at best. I have yet to try an ultrasonic cleaner, though.
When I first start vaping the same thing Ski talked about was happening to me so I bought up plenty of a assortment of Attys but for some reason now, I can have a Atty last a few months/no problem. Who knows Rob it just starts to click in how you manage and use your Attys.

Thanks, that is good to know. I think I have been keeping them plenty wet (too wet most of the time). My recent adjustment has been to try dripping a little less because I hate that gurgle, and of course it floods and doesn't work.

You are not going to like this Rob but my secret is I really do nothing to them. I do blow them out at night and will run some straight vodka through them if I am trying to clone a DIY mix just to flush flavor. I also use lightly flavored and colored DIY juices with a flavor range of about 10% at 80pg/20vg. It could be you juice and if that is the case then a quick Suck and Blow (I love typing that :) ) using hot tap water is pretty easy on them.

For those that are killing atty's, I have found that rotating PV's extends their life since running those little .......s hot is the death of them. Think thermal expansion/contraction. The coil is getting hot and expanding then we hit it with realatively cold juice. Each time it is like bending a coat hanger. Exentually the weakest point snaps and that is usually at the 90 degree bend on one of the coil legs.

When I first start vaping I took all the advice on how to clean attys etc etc. Now you are right I don't do anything. Hot water sometimes or I use VG to get rid of the flavor. On rare occassion if I think I use too much thick jc in a atty ( and I know some people don't agree with this theory) I dry burn them, but carefully. Otherwise I don't use all those cleaning methods anymore.
