Wow, already? I'm lucky that I was at home when they came in and got one! I remember when I was stalking a shipment of HH .357s that sold out in 90 seconds, give or take. Situations like that are sort of a fun rush, although it makes me feel a little dirty for some reason.

Last time I was thinking about buying a Darwin it stayed in stock for at least a few days...

Welcome to the club for those that scored a Darwain today. Woooohooo. Wishing you all a fast delivery and pick up some lower nic juice. You will need it since they have yet to develop a tool that will remove the the welding to your hand issue that the Darwin seems to come packaged with. This effect will diminish after a week or two but man you will plow through some juice when you first meet this mod. Enjoy and Happy Vapes

the SBis to fat for me im thinking p+ 18650 or the 18500 not sure yet.:vapor:
When I release the Kick there will be a KICKED Xhaler that runs the Kick and a 18650 (longer) Battery and is also compatible with the Ato-Miser should you care to try one of those! Of course the current Xhaler will also work with an 18490/18500 battery and is also fully mechanical and has a lifetime warranty. Thanks
Drew

I love the welcoming that this group gives, so thanks for that! I feel like I'm joining a club rather than buying a mod!

...this isn't a cult, is it? ;)

No cult just a few of us are just nutty about our Darwins and yes please join the club. Only rule is you need to bring your own bottle of oil to the mazolla parties. we do however provide the tarp :)

For the new Darwin inductees, most of your questions are answered here: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...ything-you-ever-wanted-know-about-darwin.html

When you are finished reading, throw some catnip at Katdarling - she's earned it! Then you can sit back and vape on your new Darwin as you watch her roll around in joyous rapture while you enjoy a good laugh!

NB I would like to reward KD for all her efforts in my own way since the katnip thing gave me an idea for theme night. I will call it here kitty kitty........ It goes a little something like this, don the kitty ears, partake in the catnip, then clean each other like kitties do. KD are you on your way yet? It is only about a three hour flight.

Happy vapes NB

Ski, that's my kind of party! I think I'll fit in here nicely :)

Since I have a Darwin on the way, I'm hoping you all can provide me with some suggestions. Right now I use carto tanks a lot, so if you could suggest something that will allow for the arm to close without too much extra hassle. Was thinking about trying Visions or the A2/A2-T. I'd really appreciate it.

Vision Extreme and Giantomizers close on mine. It's a tight fit with only one extension, easy going with two (or one longer one). Having a couple of extensions stacked has always been enough for me to screw on anything 'ego sized' I've ever wanted to try without risking scratching up the finish. The threads when stacked that way have just enough play in them for much of that ego sized stuff to close.

The stainless CE2 dual coils@3.5ml will close easily...even with no extension at all. Because the stainless is quite a bit thinner than plastic (all stainless, not plastic inside windowed metal like the Giantomizers), they're pretty slim. So far I'm pretty impressed with the performance of these.

I usually keep a 510>510, 510>901, 901>510 series on mine. I know that's alot, but it's mainly for convenience. I've always got everything I need right there at hand (I keep a 901>801 on my 801/302 gear). Another added benefit for me with that stack of mess I keep on mine is that I can really tweak out my air flow by adjusting the threading of that 901>510 (or 901>801/302 if I'm using that setup).

For the bigger tanks if you must be able to close the arm, Totally Twisted offers a goose neck @ $20. I'm told they'll make you a shorter one if you ask for it. I've found in situations where I'm willing to haul around something as big and heavy as a nice tank (a long drive or sitting around the house), I don't ever close the arm anyway. That button is NOT going to misfire on you.
