I ordered some flat tips from him and they work. I'm 95% sure they came from him.

The colored flat tips for Echo that I purchased and don't like came from here. They aren't available anymore.

On a similar subject I'm not finding any clear clearomizers for the Echo. I see lots of them for 510. Seems more and more vendors are not selling Echo equipment anymore. And I for sure don't want technicolor clearomizers. Sheeeesh........who thought that up?

Thanks Mr. Breeze, I had forgotten about nHaler. If they had flat tips I would be on them like a duck on a june bug and Rob doesn't have any clear cartomizers with a flat tip OR the desirable after market flat tips themselves. I can get all the rainbow colors in clearos that I could possibly want but I just want clear.

both Mtn Vapor and NW Vapors have the iTurbos. But you'll have to swap out the round tips for the flat ones you have.

I know and that's where piecing widget parts together to make a whole widget get started........and you already know that I like my Widgets ready made.

Nhaler has the clearos also for $5.

The screw on tips for ce4s are like drip tips for cartos and attys. They are perfectly interchangeable like taking your drip tip off an atomizer and putting it on another.

Well, except for those colored ones, maybe. I'll have to take you word on those since your bad review is keeping me away.

I was NOT talking about the ones Rob has. I got mine from vaporkings a while ago. Soon as the CC closes I'm ordering some from Rob.

There are so many new "toys" coming out for the 510 equipment it's like a daily flood of "look what we have now", "big sale on all new 510 stuff"............... are the 808 manufacturers abandoning ship? I don't see anything new at all being sold for the Echo and fewer and fewer vendors have anything related to Echo in stock. Is the Echo the new Edsel?

Is an 808 lobbying effort needed?

I don't think it would do much good. 510 has already won the war. We will have to be happy with what we have and the occasional new products that come up. Kanger is making a replaceable coil ego type carto called a T2 and they may very well come out with one for 808. That would be good.

Trickle-down vapenomics is what we may be stuck with.

The T2 looks interesting. I like that it appears that the wick and coil assembly can be removed without disassembly of the body of the carto.

...would certainly like to see an 808 version.

I have a couple and they are working very good so far.

Whatever it takes to get vendors and manufacturers to cut us in on the new toys. I notice that the few Echo vendors that we could always count on for new stuff and replacements are starting to drive the Echo bus into the ditch. So to our up-'til-now dependable Echo vendors I have to say: What's up with you guys?

I agree Doc but I think the main reason they never became as popular as some is people were so brainwashed against auto batteries due to the problems with the generation one autos. Anytime they were mentioned on the forum there were so many anti auto people slamming auto batteries new people were afraid to try them. I've been using mine for about a year and three months and although I've bought many more PV's the echo is still my best 3.7 volt device. I do use it pretty exclusive with my Kuwako and clearos now .:)

Well, since I'm not eligible to go into the merchandising forum because I refuse to give PayPal my bank account number I can't even tell if anyone is doing a co-op or has a bucket-full of Echo stuff to sell how do we solve this problem. I wouldn't have a 510 pv in my house even as a good and gracious gift so I guess I'll scrap around various vendors who used to have the Echos for sale and see what I can find. Yes I know about the "military" Echos(LOL) and the stealth Echo and the candy-coated clearomizers but that's not the way I roll. Oh well..............

I have confusion over some of the termonlogy. I'll offer what I think is meant, and if desired, y'all can straighten me out.

510 - Standard Connector type with Female at the battery and male at the carto/atty
808 - Standard Connector, a little larger bore than 510, male at the battery, female at the carto/atty
EGO - Larger diamater 510 system two sets of threads - typically use 'fat batt' type batteries, may use Cones, AND
EGO - sometimes used genericly for fat batt type e-cigs regardless of threading
VGO - Standard 808 threading
Echo - Larger diameter with a single set of standard 808 threads
IGO/iTurbo - Larger diameter 808 with two sets of threads, may use cones

Am I close..? ...any significant omissons within the 510/808 realm?

Right on as far as I can tell except the Vgo I have is the same as the igo with threads for a cone.
