None of us seem able to. Mine should be here Monday. I have no shortage of VV unit but these small eGo style VV unit are just too nice to pass up.

Even though I have a seldom used VMax I decided to buy a "ClearMax Acrylic Variable Volt APV" from MV today due to their 10% discount code "LOVETOVAPE ". http://www.madvapes.com/clearmax-acrylic-variable-volt-apv.html

This is absolutely, positively, without a doube the last PV or PV accessory for me, maybe. :)

Ya' know since I've started using the vvs I find it really nice to be able to adjust in small increments where I want to vape. I have found with the Egos and T2s I really like to vape @ around 3.5 with a 2.5 clearo coil. If I have an Echo and an Ego going at the same time I have wasted a lot of time trying to find the fire button an an Echo and wondering why I'm not getting any draw on an Ego.

Be careful Lulu, that's the first indication of VV envy. :)

For me it's evolved to the point where just one more isn't enough and I fear it won't be long before I'll need to start the 10 step program in VVA.

The Apollo eGo VV appears to be identical to Hoosier Ecig Supplies' kGo VV KGO V.V. 650mAh I got one of those. Works good! I see some people complaining...but so far I'm good with it when I do use VV...which isn't real often. It's only 650mAh however. I didn't check to see the mAh for the Apollo one. But the passthrough is great imo. You just can't vape and charge if the battery is all the way dead. That's one thing people have complained about. Kinda dumb since that's the way it is with X2s, too. I'm pretty sure you can charge a near-dead battery while vaping if you use the PT with a 2amp wall wort. The other complaint is about the button. It's a bit different. You have to sort of feel around for it. But it's not that hard.

As for the adapters for the Echo cartos on the eGo Twist (I have one of the Hello brand Twists, too from Eric. Works good) You can use a standard sized 510 to 901/808 adapter and put a straight tank collar to cover the threads. Won't be a perfect fit with the Echo carts on the Twist. There will be a bit of a gap. But it works. Adapter is here 510 to [KR808D-1/DSE901] Adapter (you can shop around for prices). The little tank sleeve would be something like this eGo Chrome Cone for the 3.5 mL Dual Coil Tank Cartromizer Again, you can shop around, but the price on those look pretty good to me.

Personally, I find that I like a voltage level between 3.4 and 3.6...which is what the average eGo styled device is set for, anyway. I have an eGo T Mod that is fantastic...you can run it regulated at 3.4 volt or unregulated..which gives you 4.2 volts when the battery is fresh off the charger..it will work down slowly in volts from there. I use regulated. In the early part of the day I like either standard ohm cartos on my 3.6 regulated X2s, or 2ohm on my little Gripper and on the eGo T Mod. Later in the day...as stress levels peak and I want more punch to my vape, I switch cartos to 1.7 ohm single coil on the eGo batteries (both regular or the Mod). I like Elite 2ml. cartomizers on my KR808 equipment (I get a really wide bore cone from Liberty Flights to make is cosmetically nicer looking on my X2s, but they look fine on the Echo, and they are nearly indestructible.) and I like eGo Mega single coil cartomizers on all the eGo equipment. I use 2ohm 510 XL cartomizers on the little Gripper. I don't like dual coils at all...and abandoned tanks and clearomizers a few months ago.

I DIY my own juice and it's geared perfectly for the equipment I use. If I do use my VV stuff...I use 3ohm single coils and dial up to around 3.8 to 4 volts. Maybe. I don't like a hot vape.

Here is another interesting one. A L-rider ego type with replaceable 14500 battery. It has ohm check and led display and up and down buttons. It is rated at 4 A. It is called Rider Robust. 30.00 shipped in Co-op http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...lue-led-5-colors-i-pc-1450-battery-co-op.html

Have no idea where the Robust falls in L-Riders current stable but I've checked on the L-Rider Lavatube Epic Storm Lambo V4.0, 4amp at canvape.com and the 4amp claim is a twisted joke, turns out to be closer to 2.5amp. Read this review from iVapeguy from iVape on the V4s and how it cost him $15,000 for a shipment of junk

http://www.reddit.com/r/electronic_cigarette/comments/zs9qe/new_lrider_20_lavatubevartitube_psa/

Have you seen any reviews or read anything on the Robust? The 14500 battery throws me a little as it is so different from anything else in the L-Rider inventory. After the Epic Storm Lambo V4.0 fiasco I'm very Leary of L-Rider, though a true 4amp PV for $30 would sure be tempting for this VV Junkie. :)

I knew the 4 amp would get your attention. lol I have no ideal if it actually gives you 4 Amp or not but an ego size VV with a replaceable battery and all the capabilities of the bigger mods interested me so I joined the Co-op. It is going to be a 50 unit limit and it is half full now.
They are brand new and I don't know of anyone that has any yet. They will probably start showing up next week or after the Chinese holiday.

Have just completed the verification form so I can log into the Co-op forum. Hope they have some information and pictures on the robust as I have absolutely no idea what it may be or look like, but it looks like I'm hooked if they fill the required order #.

Being from L-Rider I'm will to give odds it won't be a 4amp unit, would do the same if it were from Young June and even money if it was from SmokTech after the gripper fiasco. :)

Did a Google for "Rider Robust" and found many pictures, sizes, shapes, colors and prices at various quantities but no amp limit claim though it did claim a 1 ohm atty in use.

They do that to try and keep any crooks from ripping people off.

As much as I would like to be able to see that particular thread, I just cannot justify going through that process. PayPal has had more than a few "oopsies" regarding checking accounts. You have much more trust in them than I do. :)

Is there supposed to be a commonality among Ego products? Using the same T2 clearo on a Twist vs Ego-vv, both batteries set @ 3.2v they don't taste the same. The Twist has the pleasant taste it should have and the Ego-vv has a distinct plasticky taste with no flavor of the juice whatsoever. All three batts came from different vendors. One is a Twist knockoff, and two are the "real thing". The "real thing" is what is giving the bad taste. I've increased and decreased the volts but the results are the same.

One of my ECHO black 650mah batteries from Crop-Duster 901 just blew blew up and caught on fire while charging in its USB wall charger unit. The internal components of the battery got blown out, ricocheted off my bed, landed by a dresser, then those innards caught fire, spitting fire out both ends of the thing. I tried blowing the flames out, but ended up having to dump a glass of water from the bathroom to put out the flames. Both my upstairs smoke alarms went off. (I'm glad those are working.) The carpet got scorched pretty good. I don't think I'll be able to clean up the scorch marks. My wife (we are expecting a baby several months from now) will be seriously ....... I sent a message about the incident to Cropduster901 eCigs, Vaporizers and Supplies. The whole incident scared the heck out of me, and I'm really kind of at a loss at to what I should do or even feel about this. Has anyone else had this happen to them? What did happen? The battery had been in there for quite awhile and was probably already fully charged. I had used the charger previously without issue, so I have no idea what happened, other than obvious catastrophic failure of the battery or the charger, or both. The USB charger and USB wall plug unit both appear intact, though I'm sure as hell not going to test if that one is still working. I've got another, but am too scared to try using it. Some pictures of the damage are below:
