I tried the 510 version but it only lasted two days. I sent it back but never received another replacement as of yet and it has been over a month probably two months.
I have two co-workers that have the 808 version, and both are very happy with them.
They seem like nice "echo" style batteries but I can't believe for a second that they are 5v. It's not possible with batteries that size and if you boosted them somehow, they'd be bigger and wouldn't last too long.
I believe they are Echo's.

So, I just won an 808 auto ego batt from smokeless image a couple weeks ago...and some 808 stardusts to match...now I just have to find somewhere with the Kuwako in stock

Janty is the only place I know that sells them. If you find a vendor please post. I have my name on the waiting list because I want another in case I ever lose the one I have. I gave my extra one to an ecf friend that couldn't afford one. The poor guy died of a heart attack the day it arrived and never got to try it. I found an ego 510 ego auto at DV that is working real good so far. I wanted one to use with my Kanger T3's and it works good so far after about a week. It is a 650 and a little expensive but it is the first ego auto that I've had that works good.

I have some T3s coming from a co-op and only have 808 stuff, saw that auto at DV and wondered if it is sealed? I also have some unsealed echos, do you know if they would work with a 808-ego adapter with the T3s?
No the auto ego from DV isn't sealed but the T3's I've used haven't leaked a drop and I've been using them for over a month. I don't have a 808 to ego adapter but from what I've heard they won't work with echo batteries because of airflow.
I thought the airflow issue with the adapters was just for the new sealed autos as other adapters I have work with my old unsealed ones. I was hoping i could just get adapters and use my trusty echos without have to buy new batteries. Thanks!
That might very well be the case. If the adapter works with the unsealed egos it should work with these as well.
This new ego auto from DV is still working real good and with a T3 clearo is now my favorite batt for my Kuwako. It has a very good draw and the combination is perfect except for the fact I can't use a flat tip.

No I don't know but it puts out plenty enough for me and doesn't seem to diminish as it gets low. It is working real good with the 2.4 ohm Kanger T3. It also has a longer time before cutoff than the echo not that the shorter echo cutoff ever bothered me but it did some people. It only comes in the 650 mah size right now.

Eric at DV has these on sale for Black Friday for 30% off so it make them around 12.00. I liked the first one so good I picked up a couple of more. They work real good with my Kuwako and T3. BLACK FRIDAY SALE
