Hey guys! I'm totally new here but wanted to combine hobbies of mine into one thread. I've already met a few members on here that have a passion for EDM and seeing as how it's such a big part of my life I'd like to see how many members on here love it as well!

This is a thread to share music, network, and just discuss EDM related things.

As for me, I produce and play Progressive and Big Room Trance. Generally any large and uplifting tracks between 130-135bpm, but I also love Drum & Bass, UK House/Garage, Techno, and an endless cornucopia of sub-genres. I've traveled up and down the East Coast playing all sorts of raves, clubs, and festivals and continue to push forward and hoping to do bigger and better things each day!

Obviously, my personal Soundcloud is in my signature so I won't bore you with that... If any members are also producers or DJs, send me your Soundcloud link in a PM or share it here and I'll follow! We have to support each other :p

Anyway... I'll start by sharing a track I've really been into lately... This remix has always gotten MASSIVE reception on my last few live sets. I LOVE Ilan Bluestones work this past year and... well... Mat Zo needs no introduction in my opinion. The kid is a prodigy.

What up stylite? Like any music genre, I like most sub genres of edm. Its awesome you make music and dj. I've tried, it is rough. Definitely need to dedicate some time to it if I decide to play with the idea again. Do you go to any festivals? I went to some local shows last year and tomorrowworld which was amazing. Planning to go again this year, I doubt any others though, money's tight

Nice! I played a festival in Massachusetts last year called "Sunset" and had the amazing opportunity to share the mainstage with Eco [Armada Records] but I ended up missing out on all the other ones. I did frequent Electric Zoo a lot since they started doing it and went to EDC one year but I guess I got a little tired of the Festival thing and prefer club nights although I am a little bummed out I missed out on TomorrowWorld. Maybe this year!

great thread, nice to hear such great music. Ive been into what we used to call electro pop back in the old days. Nice to hear it still going strong. I started off with Devo, Kraftwerk, OMD, Depeche Mode, Gary Numan and many forgotten Godfathers of Electronic music.NIN so many.

I will contribute with an Oldie that I still love to listen to.

Ah! Where would we all be without Kraftwerk?

Here was my introduction to Dance Music. This track changed my life forever when I was 11. Heard it on Much Music while I was playing with my toys in the living room. Dropped everything and my life changed forever. Since then it's been nothing but turntables and glowsticks :p Love at first listen <3

By the way, ATB's new album drops in 3 days and I can't contain my excitement.
