with all due respect, I disagree,,,,,,

and third, because newbies don't need to think quitting IN ANY MANNER, is easy, fast, and without bumps in the road.
Exactly,,,,,,,,and I give you extra commas for it.
I personally twitch a little when people post "OMG! Got my vape and totally quit cigs the FIRST DAY!"
Er, OK, I mean that's wonderful and I'm thrilled for you, but people's mileage is going to vary. A lot. As proved by that survey I saw where not nearly everybody quit in the first month.
At week five, I still had one yesterday. None so far today and it looks like I'm on track for zero today total. Sometimes that urge just becomes overpowering and although WTA helps in that case, it's not 100%. Admittedly I only smoked half the cig and ditched it as I could feel I didn't need it any longer.
So here I am at the beginning of week five still averaging a mathematically-calculated 0.1 cigs per week. Which is down from 350 or more, or about 0.02% of what I was.
I haven't quite quit yet. But that's danged good.
I happen to believe that quitting THIS way is the easiest way,,,,,,,,,,someone else may think quitting with gum is the easiest way,,,,,,,,shouldn't people thinking about quitting have BOTH our opinions to make an informed decision??
Absolutely. If standing on your head and singing works for you, do it and to heck with what anybody else has to say about it. Any method that's legal and works for you is the perfect method.
