So I'm having problems getting them to respond to an inquiry about pricing. Me and a friend have put a bunch of glass tanks in our shopping cart, but the prices aren't calculating the discount for buying in bulk. :(

Is a lack of response the norm with these folks? Sorry, but I didn't feel up to rereading all 332 pages of this thread.

Hmmm, no, not exactly. So if I have more than 5 Aspire BDC tanks, but they're all different colors, that's why I'm not getting the discount?

They're still a great bargain, regardless. Do you know why the Singapore shipping radio button is the default, and I can't click any other shipping method? *sigh*

The discounts have always applied automatically for me. I just set the quantity to 3 or 5 or whatever and click buy. The discount automatically applies. I don't think you can combine colors or models. They all need to be the same identical item, just a larger quantity.
Thanks for the clarification. I'll know better next time. [emoji4]

Welcome to the club. ;)
There are a few rules of FastTech, but once you get them down, you'll never look back.
1) Most US suppliers are selling the same items as FT. They just charge more.
2) Never expect your order to get to you quickly. Assume it will be a month, although lately it's been closer to a week.
3) If something isn't in stock or ships next day, it will take forever. Put that item in a separate order. If there are multiple items that are "ships in 7 days," rethink your purchase.
4) If your order is under $20, always pay for the shipping upgrade. An extra dollar or less means the difference between no tracking and at least a month on the slowboat vs peace of mind. E-packet is the quickness.
5) Pay attention to customer feedback. Most products are good, some are great, but some products are lemons. I recently didn't heed my own advice and ordered a new item with no reviews. It was crap. I was sad. I was patient with customer service and they reimbursed me.

Awwww :(, here I was so excited that I had two pieces of vapemail that were supposed to show up today. One from FT (nothing big but still), and one from Wizard Labs. I was looking forward to experimenting with some new flavors. I appreciate the holiday, but sure do wish they didn't interrupt vapemail delivery.

That is some terrific information!

I placed my first order with FT last week. I was aware that shipping times were around 3-4 weeks so I only ordered stuff I wanted and ordered stuff I needed from a US distributor for now. Once I'm fully stocked with my favorite supplies, I'll start planning my orders 30 days out and quicker deliveries will just be a pleasant surprise. :)

that is a fantastic post. I am a new FT fanatic. I started buying from them about a month ago and am on my 5th order now. I'm very impressed overall. All of my orders have been getting here between 8 and 10 days (I'm in the chicago area). The quality has been just fine, and like the 1st point on that list said, the products are the very same as what is sold at many of the retailers for at least twice the price. IN FACT, the local B&M here sells many items I've seen on FT at SIX times the price. My son keeps getting stuff from them (he is impatient and wants things immediately), then he moans when I get the same thing for so much less money only about a week later. LOL Maybe he'll settle down a bit now that he's gotten most of the new supplies he wants, and get additional stuff from FT. For being the "slow boat" it's pretty darned quick in general as long as stuff is in stock or next day.

Last Monday I placed an order from FT and an order from WL in Florida... BOTH should have been here today according to tracking (danged holiday). Not bad when a shipment from China gets here in the same speed as a shipment from Florida (although it seems like everything from Florida moves kind of slow, and Wizard Labs a little slower than even other Florida stuff).

I live less than 100 miles away and it always takes a week.
But I keep ordering because I like what they sell, and just expect the delivery time, just like when I order from FT.

Vape On

Me too, WL is my favorite place for flavors and diy equip.

First time this has happened and it has me just a little worried. I keep telling myself that it is because of the Labor Day holiday, but it still seems excessively long....

I ordered a kayfun on August 30 and it is STILL not showing up on tracking at all. It just has a big red lettered NOT FOUND on the page when I click on the link. Usually it takes anywhere from a few to 24 hours to show up, so technically it should have appeared on Sunday, but I gave it the benefit of the doubt that maybe the holiday had some effect on the us post office tracking. However, it is still not showing up this morning, and the WL order has updated to show it is out for delivery, so I know it's working.

anyone else order anything from FT on Saturday? Is it showing up on the tracking page for you?

I ordered on Friday, marked as Shipped on Saturday. Tracking # says not found but it took 5-6 days for it to show up on USPS site last week as well. I'm not worried at this point.

Thanks, makes me feel a lot better. Maybe I've just been REAL lucky with my last 5 orders that always showed up next day on tracking.

And this is why one should never order something that says "ships in 7 days"

What does restocking mean?: FastTech - Gadgets and Electronics - Worldwide Free Shipping

The new, logo-free GP Paps I ordered a week and a half ago just went back into restocking. Boo. :( It's not really a big deal, but I want it.
Anyways, I got my kayfun lite clone and nano kit today. I just did a super simple 1.25ohm cotton build on it... took about 5 minutes to coil and assemble it. The draw is super tight, but it still vapes better than any tank i've tried before. I heard some rattling in the package and was worried about the glass tank, but that was just the chimney. Everything was intact. Threads are nice and smooth. I'm impressed.
